Keith Bear's "Echos of the Upper Missouri" is a moving contribution which evokes images of upper Missouri life during a much simpler period. One can almost imagine the Missouri River, or the Little Missouri River in all their beauty, as well as the spirit of the Mandan, Arikara, and Hidasta people who inhabit the region. A breathlessly beautiful collection!

Keith Bear is a wonderful flute player who expresses nature's beauty through his music. These are beautiful, straight forward performances without the glossy, overproduction that too often accompanies Native American flute music. A Keeper!!!
