Seeds of Sun brings out the best of Israel through a contemporary combination of influences from anywhere between South America, the Middle East and the New York melting pot. A powerful Williamsburg rhythm section meets top Manhattan Jazz improvisors to blend funky rhythms, Brazilian sambas, Venezuelan 6/8 figures and a strong Middle Eastern back beat. Touring extensively across the Americas, Asia and the Middle East since 2002 Seeds have been planting and harvesting crops of happiness, peace and hope across the world.

if Kenny G is "easy listening" then Dorman is "rewarding listening". These guys actually seem to believe what they play. Catch 'em live or grab the disc - same rich musical experience. You won't get spoon-fed lyrics in cliches or riffs in tired arrangements. You'll get good rock, fresh rock, thoughtful rock, and with one or two songs that show a mischevious sense of humor.

Your Music Collection is missing out on this..........2002-06-23

This is an amazing collection of compositions, but don't expect it to be background music. You'll find yourself compelled to pay attention to the intelligent and thoughtful lyrics. If you live in the Northeast, you might even get lucky enough to see Dorman play live in a neighborhood club. For all the rest of us, the CD is treat enough. Think of this music as a well-kept secret that you're getting in on.

I love the diversity of the music -- each song is something new, and you can tell the musicians are each talented in their own right. Everytime I listen to it, I discover something new in meaning...the words make me think and feel and enter into its story. You couldn't ask for a better combination in a CD!

Here are four individually talented people, each able to hold their own separately on stage if ever necessary...but then put them together...I saw them live and believe me, there is nothing on this album that isn't there right in front of your eyes... if you appreciate God given talent mixed with a true dedication to their art you'll love this album.
