Shrimati Rajeswari Pariti is a reputed Carnatic Veena exponent from Andhra Pradesh, India. She hails from a musical family with a long and rich tradition of Carnatic Music.
She gave her first performance at the tender age of eight. She started her musical journey under the guidance of her illustrious father, Vainika Ratna Sri Ayyagari Someswara Rao.
She belongs to Vizianagaram sampradayam or Vizianagaram school of music -- prominent for its Manodharma Sangeetham, which gives an artist ample opportunity to elaborate and improvise on an item.
Shrimati Rajeswari has dual Masters degrees in Carnatic Music (Veena) and Public Administration. She is an "A Grade" artist from All India Radio (AIR). She performed extensively in various sabhas in South India.
Her unique and lilting renditions enabled her to win the hearts of many music lovers. She enthralled the audience in USA with her Veena performances on numerous occasions at various locations.
Shrimati Rajeswari has been teching Carnatic music for over 25 years.
Shri Vadiraja Bhat accompanied Shrimati Rajeswari on Mridangam. Shri Bhat learned Mridangam from Vidwan B.R. Sridhar of Mangalore and is an AIR artist himself. He accompanied various artists in India and USA.
