Classic hypnotic.......2006-05-21

One low base synth organ like chord held constant throughout the piece, with small variations in the background barely perceptible, almost subconscious. My non 'New Age Music' friends just stare at me blank and say "I could have done that with one finger!" It's the small variations in the background that hold it together. This is music that's always changing yet always the same. An interesting paradox that she has superbly mastered. If you just glance at it it's just a base chord, but if you listen closely, there's always things happening, so it never gets stale. Hypnotic music to meditate by. (Very hypnotic)

I have heard this CD and find it superb for the journey inward. It is so great at creating the ambiance for a perfect yoga/meditation session because it is so unobstrusive, such easy listening. A CD that is virtually seamless, never intruding on precious attempts at finding that soulful silence, yet allowing one the opportunity to enhance the experience. I highly recommend this CD. It has a strong classicism and the resonant 'aum' makes for spiritual affirmation.

Congratulations to Kusum Vyas for producing a masterpiece. The CD is a divine and blissful medley of natural sounds, soothing instruments and blissful Vedic shlokas rendered in pure ragas by Chandrakantha. Kusum Vyas has created just the right answer to deal with all the stresses, anger, fear and insecurity that result from the turmoil and trouble in today's world. The music and the shlokas are sure to bring relief to many hearts and minds. I would recommend this CD to all who seek relief from mental anguish and fatigue and to others who simply wish to escape into a world of pure bliss and tranquility.

It feels as though I haven't heard anything like it before! Whenever I feel depressed, I just put this music and I forget all my worldly worries and I feel relaxed! All my pains vanish as though there is some healing touch in those sublime words!

I highly recommend this CD, Love the interaction of rainforest, water followed by calm musical notes. Lovely Voice and very relaxing. I hear this CD after all my chores are completed in the evening, lie on my bed, close my eyes and play this music. I wake up feeling very rejuvenated.
