Just because he is basically unheard of, don't underestimate this talented blues performer. This is gritty bluues rock at it sbest with no filler. I thought his first cd was great, this one is even better. I keep hearing him being compared to others, he is his own player with his own style. I cannot fathom anybody being disappointed with this cd.

Another great electric blues cd from CHAMBERS.......2004-11-13

Great electric blues from one of the best new blues talents out there. Many highlights, great material, raw and gutsy guitar playing in the SRV mould. Don't get me wrong this is not an attempt by CHAMBERS to copy the master, he just uses some of the phrasing and some of the tones that SRV was famous for. This almost sounds like a live CD, such is the rawness of the approach and the energy flowing from the speakers. As good or better than CHAMBERS's first CD. I will have to listen for a while before I am game to pick a favourite as they are both great blues fare.

AWESOME ROCKING BLUES.......2004-06-20

If you like Hendrix,Vaughn,Winter,Gibbons,Trower then this cat is for you. Sean rocks way beyond his years on Time Passes the 1st track. It's a mixture of influences we all love. Frankie and Danny Tolar (Allman Brothers, Greg Allman Band) play with Sean on a song called "Loniness" this song has an infectious groove that keeps you wanting to hear more. A great CD, I would recommend this Album (Humbil Spirits) and Seans first (Strong Temptation) to all who want to hear great rocking blues. This guy can play guitar.

Strong Temptation- Stronger Voice.......1999-12-16

I've been involved in music most of my life; knowing and working with many of the greats of our time and this past week I stumbled upon Sean at a gig and was blown away. He has successfully combined tasteful touches from his favorites with a very instinctive voice all his own. I cannot simplify my review enough but just to say such a performer is rare at best. His 'Strong Temptation' album is a regular in my stereo for fun and has become part of my own practice repertoire; right along with who he lists as influences- the other masters of our time. He will no doubt be influencing some people on his own for years to come.

True grassroots blues player........1999-09-01

When I came to Clearwater Florida 7 years ago, this guy was the first I saw play in a bar. since then I've seen the show several times. Back in 92' he was doing a tribute to SRV and it was awesome. The leads and vocals were chilling. This guy was the true tribute to a legend. He has since expanded his playlist to include all the other greats like Jimi, Clapton, Trower and seems to be maturing as an artist in his own right. This CD is a must for any blues fan. Totally enjoy this cd. It is a must buy for any blues and rock listener. Basically if you dont listen to blues this cd will turn your head! Also this band is even better live.

I just purchased Sean's CD, I was totaly blown away. I'am so glad that theirs someone left to carry on the tradition. If you like rockin blues played with fire & emotion then you will love this CD. Can't wait for the next release.
