Do you enjoy Japanese folk and classical? If so, then I highly recommend this cd to you. Do you want peaceful, transporting music for meditation, reading, sleeping, atmosphere, romantic dinners, or ANYTHING at all? Please do yourself the favor of buying this cd. Got this CD after listening to Poeme Du Bambou, more of this great shakuhachi music- looking forward to more by same artist.
I find it great to do Yoga to or meditate.
Also noticed my kids get quiter when I play this on the stereo! it has gotten a power to relax

Anyone looking to expand their musical tastes and calm the savage beast inside then this is mustard - let the flute caress your mind and take you to places where you only visit in sleep...ok that's a bit deep but it does wash over you - not the best Japanese music ever but very very cool. Recommended stress buster!
