The Divine Connection is our union with God and mankind. It is our knowing of the Divine Spirit that we possess inside. It is a knowing of our magnificence as souls; that we are much more than bodies and personalities.

The Divine Connection Meditation is a simple grounding meditation allowing us to still the mind, and connect to our inner wisdom, peace and power inside. It reconnects and balances the yin/yang or female/male energies of our soul by using the techniques of deep breathing, body scaning, and the clearing of stagnant energy. We also use the techniques of light and focused attention to learn to quiet our minds to bring more of our soul essence into our physical bodies.

Through the regular practice of this meditation, we too manifest Joy, Clarity, Peace, Healing, Prosperity and Great Insights in our lives.

Album Description

Sofia is Greek word for "wisdom." In the Old Testament Sofia represents a doorway into "feminine spirituality." Sofia is the inspiration for the songs on this CD, which includes a booklet linking the songs to various Bible passages. I got your CD yesterday -- 2 copies actually, gave one to a friend -- and am just blown away! It is so beautiful, in-Spirited, poignant, tender, powerful, finely crafted. How many more adjectives can I dream up? I am truly impressed. It takes great skill of course to put out something like this but even more, it takes great courage to put your voice -- literally -- your words/lyrics Out There. No lover of Benjamin Britten's music will want to be without this beautiful recital! The singing and playing are unfailingly musical, insightful, and polished. This material has been under-represented in the CD catalogue for far too long - thanks and kudos to all involved for a recording that just gets better the more one listens to it.
