I found this CD the best from these two artist, I truly love it...I play it everyday in my car and at home...I already gave two cd's to my Italian friends for gifts......5 stars for sure........

Mina + Celentano.......2006-10-03

This album has great cover art with Mina & Celentano as cartoon ducks, almost in away like Donald Duck & Daisy Duck. The album also offers two singing legends on one cd, but that's all you really get. I'm not saying that this album is bad, because it's not. For me personally I wanted Mina to sing more than Celentano did on here. I don't know if this would be Celentano's best because this is the only album I have of his. For Mina in away it's bad, I mean take a look at the other great albums she made through the decades & especially the 1990's "Napoli", "Leggera", "Cremona", "Olio", "Dalla Terra", "Sconcerto" & etc. My favorite song on here is song number one "Acqua E Sale".

JUST LIKE BEING IN ROMA!!!.......2000-09-17

To hear Mina and Celentano together on this album has all the pleasure of being in Rome on a summer evening. Their love for music and life comes through in this delightful collection of melodies. It's a "must have"!!!

This cd has everything that 'all' cds should have. Great music, a wonderful front cover (colorful cartoon'ish caricatures of the performers), many photos inside, and also the lyrics to all of the songs. This cd is one of many which my Roman friend sent me when I first started to explore the world of modern Italian music and it has remained one of my favorites. The combination of Adriano Celentano's and Mina's mature vocal talents is magical and the end result is a grand performance above and beyond any of their solo cds. If God came down from heaven today and told me I could only listen to 5 cds till the end of eternity... then this would be one of them.
