What can i say about rip slyme except you'll never feel down listening to these 5 cool mothers.funktastic is the track that made me take real note of rip slyme,i knew of their previous album '5' as it was released at the same time as dragon ash's lily of da valley but i was to obssesed with d.a. (& still am)to notice anything else (check out my reviews of d.a).anyway I saw funktastic on t.v. in japan & thought they was so happy to party.like all their other albums there is a fantastic mix from happy hip hip,strings to electro all with an original sound.One is the stand out track,although all are awesome.I think this album is their most relaxed & peaceful.I have wonderful memorys of this album.i was listening to it whilst on a long bus journey in the snow with my girlfriend to mt fuji.beautiful.
