NTA Forever!.......2003-09-16
Spice1 is hard as ever on "NTA" (no surprise) but this new cat, Bad Boy, deserves to be recognized as a major figah too. His smooth rhyme-style is in nice contrast to Spice 1's gangsta flow. Not that Bad Boy's not hard; it's just a different flow. There's not a bad track on this cd -- but you can pretty much count on perfection when Spice 1 does his thing. Check out "Block is Hot," a track where Spice and Bad Boy tell the truth about cops, our current president and this society in general. Like the best underground gangsta music, this is conscious street music. If you like Spice 1 or any from this genre, you're gonna love "NTA."
