Sandy's "Deep Relaxation" CD is the first thing I listen to after a long, stressful day at work. Her calming voice, coupled with the relaxing music, helps ground me when I'm feeling lost, upset, or uneasy. I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a healthy way to unwind or in need of a calming influence in his/her life to listen to this CD.

Deep Relaxation is the perfect way to wind down after a busy or stressful day. The music and guidance by Sandy McDermott helps you relax all your muscles, and alleviate aches or pains in your body. I find listening to this CD after a day of working at the computer or after traveling most helpful to ease tension and relax my body. I highly recommend this CD.

I was getting all stressed out for an MRI scan, as I'm a bit claustrophobic. However, we put Sandy's cd on during the scan, and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! Thank you Sandy, for getting me through a difficult situation!

Sandy's voice if very soothing and calming. I can highly recommend this cd for anyone who needs to relax during a stressful situation, or just wind down at the end of a stressful day. If you're having difficulty sleeping at night--this will do the trick!

Papa Stoppa used to play so many songs from this disc during his years on the air ih New Orleans. Rollicking, fun rock and roll from one of the many New Orleans masters of the 50s and 60s.
