Simply the best rap album created. .......2006-10-24

I would like everyone reading these online reviews to know, especially those considering the eloquent words of "The Ultimate Can of Hormel Chili" as potentially accurate, that he gave clay aiken's new album 3/5 stars. it warrants repeating my friends; "CLAY AIKEN's NEW ALBUM 3/5 STARS." Keep that in perspective as you read his reviews, and have yourself a good laugh as I did.

It's a fantastic album with a litany of hits. Great lyrics, great beats, and for it's time, simply untouchable. Every subsequent album owes homage to these guys as they were truly ground-breaking.

Smokin'.......2006-06-20

RBL Posse's first album is loaded with heat that'll get your stereos thumpin all day. The lyrics are menacing, straight up old fashioned gangsta rap, totally unlike the candy MTV rap of today. All of the beats beats courtesy of Black C (G's By The 123's by TC) are neat. I love the old school P-Funk samples, so you know the beats are bouncy, perfect for lowridin down the avenue. In fact, some of the beats and samples slightly hint at old school Ice Cube, but with a bay area twist. G-Funk gems like this were sadly slept on, and are still so today.

Str8 SFC Classic.......2005-04-02

RBL Posse represent SFC and put it on big with this album which is one of my favourites of all time. The production(mixing quality) is not the best but still very good. Every single track on the album is excellent. The tracks are tight and make good use of the samples which are used and improved. I still have this kept safe out of all my sh#t. And this used to and still is an essential CD to take cruising around in summertime getting blazed. It has the classic ''Bammer weed'' anthem on it which is enough reason to buy the album on its own. But it's just all tight. If you have amazingly not heard of RBL Posse or wandering about getting this, you should definately choose getting it because you will miss out on some mad classic sh#t. Sadly Mr cee and later found member Hitman both got murdered in different occasions, which means that there will not be any more great RBL Posse or hitmans solo albums, but hopefully some old unreleased material. But for now, get this at all costs. Peace!

Great debut album from San Francisco's RBL Posse with some bangin joints like Ain't No Joke, More Like An Orgy, Sorta Like A Psycho & the smoke anthem Don't Give Me No Bammer.

This is it!! Some of the best old school jams, are packed into this cd by the one and only RBL POSSE!! If you don't think you know who they are, think twice. Chances are you've heard at least a song or two of theirs but didn't know what the fukc you were listening to...song's like "lesson to be learned" and "ain't no joke" still get play to this mutha fukcking day! Buy this sh1t quick, cause you won't regrit, peace mutha fukcas.
