C'mon, this is a pitiful cover of Tupac's Me and My Girlfriend, which is one of my favorite Pac songs. This doesn't hold a candle to the original. I'm not saying this just because he's copying Pac; I'm saying it because the song SUCKS, okay? The lyrics aren't half as good as the original, and it's about his actual girlfriend, who is Beyonce, and Pac's was about his gun. The lyrical difference:

jay-z made a complete fool of himself even more!.......2004-11-15

not only is this a very poor version of 2pac's classic 'me & my girlfriend' but jay-z tries to better the original, it is outshone by pac once again, the funniest thing is that jay-z doesnt seem to realise that the original 2pac song wasn't about his girlfriend, he used girlfriend as a metaphor for his gun, but jay-z is too dumb and ignorant to notice this and therefore jay-z puts in a hilarious effort to wrongly recreate a true classic, pac was too smart for jay-z when he was alive and it seems jay-z still doesnt understand pac and is no where near his level of genius even after his death.

Shut up people this is a great remix of the 2Pac song Me and My Girlfriend.This was about Bonnie and Clyde with a new twist they
added in Beyonce and it became a hot song.

Another cover..........2003-11-10

I don't know why do 90% of the singers steal other artists' work (okay, they call it 'sampling' but it's all the same). Within a few years it's already the 3rd cover of this Tupac song, and even if it were as good as the Mariah Carey or Toni Braxton versions, it would be still tiresome to listen it. Jay-Z and Beyonce can do much better than this, instead of this single buy "Crazy In Love" if you aren't sick of it being played 50 times a day.

Lay Z&BoringYonce doing this weak re-make of 2Pac's cut. this cut is so boring&Predictable.the video is cool though.I never really cared for Lay Z's Flow.Beyonce is a dime a dozen Artist as well.

A dope remake.......2003-09-23

A lot of people tend to hate on this song because Jay and Pac didn't get along. They can't see that Jay, Nas, and many others are paying homage to him by doing things with his music. This is a dope track and Kanye remixed the Pac beat well, not to mention Beyonce's sweet voice sounds great alongside Jay. When I heard this song on the radio it made me want to go and listen to Pac's version again too. Both are great tracks.

I don't agree with the former review of this song; although 2Pac's "Me and my girlfriend" was a lot better, this is a good and decent version. I don't like Jay Z, but thanks to Beyonce's smooth and sexy sound Bonnie and Clyde comes alive again.

pac hated jay's guts and this is sad seeing jigga steals his songs and making them pop cartoon silly stuff and beyonce is not a thug girl whatsoever if pac was here he'll slap jay z and take beyonce.
