Hailing from Los Angeles, DJ Revolution is best known for his nationally syndicated hip-hop radio show with Sway & King Tech called The Wakeup Show. Aside from his featured appearances on Sway & King Tech's This or That CD, which has scanned over 150,000 copies, Revolution has also released two CD's of his own, R2K Vol. 1.0, in 1999 and 2000's In 12's We Trust, both of which have gone on to scan over 17,000 copies.
Vol 5. and 6 is DJ Revolution's 3rd and last double album from the series Wake Up Show - Mix Archives, presenting one of the most important hip hop DJs, DJ Revolution, DJ for KRS1 and Big Daddy Kane, amongst others.
