What can I say other than this is a great CD. Beethoven was a master and his music will live forever. Altough I don't like every single symphony he composed, I love all the pieces on this album. These selections have "fire and passion," and I listen to them over and over again. Enjoy!!

Classical music came from Europe. Jazz arose in the American deep south as a combination of multiple music genres, most noticeably black folk music and French influences. How ironic that it would take two descendants of Russian Jews to fuse the two together into a distinctly American style of music. The two composers are George and Ira Gershwin. George is the more famous of the two, but both by himself and with his sibling they composed multiple great scores of musics. Many of these have stood the test of time and are now commonly heard in the mass media; Rhapsody in Blue is the ultimate example, and it leads of this two-disc set. Other pieces were composed for operas (Porgy and Bess), Broadway shows (Funny Face), and movies. All of this and other works are found on this set. The recording is great, the sound quality is flawless and the compositions well chosen to provide 2+ hours of music. All told, a great buy for the price.

I never considered Luke to be hip hop or a mc. Just a nasty dude with a mic. This album is strictly for clubs, beaches, and all night party's. Don't expect any type of variety with this if you never heard Luke before. The covers, titles, and song names, speak for themselves.

I am a fan of music that makes you dance and this CD will make you move. I am now 30 and when I was in my early 20's these were the songs that were hot in the clubs. This is not a CD you can play for everyone. The lyrics are explicit, but who is listening....this is strictly for getting your groove!

If you and your friends are out for a night of heavy duty freakin, dancen', dis be da Cd for that kinda stuff. I has incredible beats and lyrcis which fit to the scene of freak. All of Luke's CD have been good but another I would recommend is, "Luke's Hall of Fame."
