Transvestite Magnet.......2006-03-25
This cd is atrocious. The only thing that is good about Paul Wall is that he is very consistent. He is consistent with putting out poor music. Go drown your self Paul wall.
Better then most, not as good as his other stuff. .......2006-03-09
While not Paul's best work, there is still amazing skill on each track!
No good!!.......2005-09-16
All ya'll gotsta' be crazy!! This is terrible work from one of the greatest. I've tried many times to bump this disc and can't feel any kind of flow or groove, and I've asked many people to do the same...they say the same thing. Don't get me wrong though, I will still support Paul Wall, Watts, Jones, and the whole Swishahouse crew, but c'mon now, who ya'll kiddin??...Now, with that said, Paul Wall's new disc, The People's Champ, is kickin'!! Every song has good flow, good beat, good bass, and collaborations are on point...Buy the People's Champ instead!!...
good cd.......2005-08-20
Awesome solo cd from this rapper, his next cd the peoples champ is definately gona be huge. i can listen to this one end to end
best songs: why you peepin me, am what i am, my life
dyke jones comes with the same tired raps on the opening track which was a disapointment.

What You Know About It?.......2005-03-26
Paul Wall, the people's champ, comes through for real on his solo effort Chick Magnet. I have been following Paul Wall ever since he was in a duo with Chamillionaire and dropped that "twenty inches sittin low, yep already know, paint drippin off the door..." In Luv Wit My Money. That was my jam. But most may just now recognize Paul Wall from the single STill Tippin with Slim Thug & Mike Jones (another hot anthem). Either way you know him, you know that Paul Wall can spit that fiya and that's just what he does on this album. With dirty south ridin beats and select guest appearances from some of the best lyricists in the south Killer Mike and Bun B, and hustlaz Mike Jones, Slim Thug, Mr. Pookie and Mr. Lucci, there's almost no wrong turns on this album. My favorite song on this joint is the title track Chick Magnet. This song has that riding playalistic type that I love. There's just nothing better than playa ridin music. Other songs that are tight include They Don't Know Me, Dats What It Is, Why You Peepin Me, Oh No, and Did I Change. Paul Wall delivers on his first solo album and it is definitely ridin. I would recommend this to anyone who likes rap music. 4.5 stars. Get some of that Texas flavor with this right here.

There is only one song on this cd but the leopard print cd and shiny Vespa on the front cover make it a great collection peice
Aussie import is worth the wait!.......1999-03-31
This CD is well worth the price tag attached to it. While mainly collectors or hardcore mxpx fans will be interested in this import, if would like to hear "educated guess" and "blue moon" w/o paying over $25 for the Japanese import of SGTWOTB it is worth the search. "blue moon" is definately the best of their 50's cover songs and "educated guess" features an all too familiar chord progression for those who miss high school/college pep band. Plus, you get to hear the hit "chick magnet" again, which is always a plus! So if you can actually find this and don't own the Japanese import, buy it! You will be glad you did!
