3 out of 5 stars Average Album From Tha DPG.......2007-04-05

This album is a compilation of Dogg Pound songs which isn't very mind-blowing. You can tell that Daz was strapped for cash for this album as the album inlays look cheap. There are only 10 tracks on this release so it's really not worth it unless you're a dedicated fan of Tha Dogg Pound Gangstaz. If you're looking for a great DPG release get Dillinger & Young Gotti or Dogg Food.

    2 out of 5 stars SORRY.......2005-03-21

Daz is my favorite producer of all time and Tha Dogg Pound my favorite group, but this CD is pretty bad. If D.P.G. is one of your favorites, then you gotta have this CD. If you are trying D.P.G. for the first time or haven't heard too much of them, stay away from this album for a while because it is just tracks that Daz threw together to get some money and piss off Tha Row/Kurupt. I was very dissapointed but since I am a big Dogg Pound fan, I wasn't mad about purchasing because 6 of 10 are good tracks that I can listen to. It Ain't My Fault, Started, and Jakkmove are probably the best. The 6 tracks that aren't bad on the album are very far from the potential of what D.P.G. has put out in terms of their quality tracks. So like I said: If a big Dogg Pound fan - get it for sure to add to the collection. If not a big Dogg Pound fan - this could very well turn you in a different direction. Make a wise decision if you're very picky about your music.

    4 out of 5 stars Good Album.......2004-12-09

If this is the last album from the Dogg Pound it's a shame. Only 10 songs which Daz dug up out of his vaults (like he's been doing) from over the past few years. It has 1 Kurupt solo, 2 classics and 2 songs I skip. It features a few guests as well. Daz put it out after Kurupt went back to Tha Row so it has a message or 2 towards Kurupt and it also gets on Suge knight a little bit. A good album to have for their fans but the worst out of the 4 Dogg Pound albums, but it is still pretty good.

    #1 - 9.5 (f/ Nas -- another version has 2 Pac on it -- good beat)
    #2 - 10 (classic -- f/ Bad Azz -- good beat)
    #3 - 7
    #4 - 8
    #5 - 5.5 (f/ Foxy Brown)
    #6 - 6 (dirty song)
    #7 - 8 (about some h0e$ they know)
    #8 - 10 (a classic gangsta song w/ a nice beat -- f/ Kadafi {R.I.P.}, Big Syke, Napoleon, Hussein Fatal)
    #9 - 7 (upbeat song)
    #10 - 8 (Kurupt Solo)

    DAZ -- Delmar Arnaud -- b. 5/25/73 -- Long Beach, CA
    KURUPT -- Ricardo Jones -- b. 11/23/72 -- b. Philadelphia, PA; Hawthorne, CA
