Customer Reviews:
Best party CD ever!!!!.......1999-08-25
Booty Mix 4 is the perfect blend of your favorite party songs from the past and present. The Sixty-Nine Boyz shine on last years "Woof-Woof", while Debbi Deb takes you back to the eighties with the dance classic "When I Hear Music". While other great oldies include Pretty Tony's "Fix It in the Mix", which will surely get your party hoppin', this compilation is mainly comprised of hits from the last two years including Lathun's "Freak It", Lil John's "Shawty Freak A Lil' Sumpin'",Raheem the Dream's "The Most Beautiful Girl" and DJ Taz's "That's Right". With all these classics, this has to be best party CD ever. But wait there's more. Added bonuses include new songs from Sir Mix-A-Lot ("Batter Up") and The Rockwilders ("Freaky Thang"). "Freaky Thang" was the one that put it over the top for me. When a group you never heard of delivers the best song on a CD comprised of hits like these you know you've won. So don't miss your chance to get a really great party album. You'll hate yourself in the morning.

Still stompin.......2005-10-20
Diggy Daz comin through for us again. Maybe I'm biased here cuz I am a huge Daz fan, and I love everything he does, but I just wanted to write this in case you were hesitating before pickin up this CD, I know I was, don't trip- this is worth it. Slammin the whole way through... I guess he called this one "Crunk" cuz it makes you want to stomp Southern style the whole way through and he repeats his verses and stuff like all those South cats do.. but I loved it, get yerself some Hennessy like I did and slide this one into your CD player and enjoy.
7th solo may be my least favorite of his.......2005-06-18
For Daz Dilly's 7th solo (not to mention 4 Dogg Pound Albums, 2 collabo albums w/ JT The Bigga Figga, 1 collabo w/ 2Pac, and 3 or 4 compilations that I have of his) it is my 2nd least favorite of all those. It has 10 songs, came out just 4 months after his "Dogg Pound Gangsta LP" and is definitely a southern crunk feeling album. His production I wasn't feeling as much as with most of his work (he did 9 of the 10 songs, Darryll James did the other). The lyrics are typical Daz that we love, gangsta tales, or dirty songs. It has 3 good songs, 4 ok ones, and 3 I skip. Guests are on 3 of the songs and 2 are people I never heard of. If you're a huge fan of his I'd get it but oterwise download the few good ones. I guess him moving to ATL had him think he should switch to southern crunk style rap but I'm not feeling it as much as his west coast stuff.
#2 - 8.5
#4 - 7.5
#6 - 8.5 (has a vintage Daz hook that he does so well)
#7 - 7
#8 - 8 (dirty song)
#9 - 4 (about big @$$e$)
#10 - 5 (f/ Mz Maya)
#11 - 6 (F/ Bigg Baby)
#12 - 7.5 (f/ Yo Gotti)
#13 - 7.5

We Gon Sho You How We Do.......2005-06-07
Daz Dillinger has always been one of my ten favorite rappers. He has a unique style and flow and incredible production skillz. Even though his last album, Tha Dogg Pound Gangsta LP, was not up to the standards of a usual Daz Dillinger release it was still aight even if sounding uninspired. It had a couple songs on there that you could bump with. But now Daz has found new inspiration. Where did he find it? Right here in the city of Atlanta as he hooked up with So So Def Records and Jermaine Dupri. I had been hearing Daz featured on various mixtapes and absolutely fitting right in with the southern rappers most notably T.I.'s Urban Legend, but had no idea he was working on an album. I had also seen him cameo in a couple southern videos.
Gangsta Crunk, an appropriately titled album, because Daz takes the flavor of down south crunk music and meshes it with his unique brand of gangsta music to create a new sound. He reinvents himself with this release. And for veterans of the rap game to stay relevant, that's what they must do to stay with these young thundercats out here. Daz Dillinger definitely succeeds with this release. There are no overly crunk songs in the way of Lil John' Throw It Up or chilled out crunk songs in the way of say Young Jeezy's Trap Or Die. Most of these songs are a good medium between those two extremes. Gangsta Crunk. Daz Dillinger raps with a lot of energy and passion on the record too dropping his best lyrical performance since This Is The Life I Lead. The beats are excellent as well as the flows and the few guests get the job done. My favorite songs on this release are We Gon Sho U, We Mean Bizniss, Tow Up From Tha Flo Up, I'm Lookin 4 Dat Gangsta B, Run Up & Get Done Up, and A License To Kill; but the whole album is rockin.
Daz Dillinger manages to do it again with this release. Even though it won't get a lot of recognition because it was released independently on his Gangsta Advisory label, it's still a great release for the year 2005. Fans of Daz Dillinger and of southern music should definitely check this one out. One of the best of the year. 5 stars.
DAZ'S BEST ALBUM EVA!!.......2005-06-03
To everyone that wasn't feelin Daz on "Tha Dogg Pound Gangsta LP" (including me)--this album has a completely different sound. The title is kinda lame, but it duz spell out what this album is all about. When Daz left Cali for the South, it seemed as if he finally sold out... this could not be further from the truth. "Gangsta Crunk" is 100 timez more gangsta and on-point than anything that has come out of the West for the last few years. Daz crushes The Game and Snoop with this release, even outdoing his classic debut, "Retaliation, Revenge, and Get Back." Don't let the title fool you--"Gangsta Crunk" doesn't feature any dumbazz Lil-Jon type hooks, only bombazz beats & hardcore lyrics. The best cutz are "I'm Looking for Dat Gangsta Bit*h," "A License to Kill," "We Mean Bizniz," and "Tow Up from Tha Flo' Up"--the latter two both being classics. Props to Daz for turning his career around; can't wait for the Dogg Pound Reunion album.

Hot.......2007-01-27
This is so hot it will hasten global warming. Excellent for all music lovers. You do not have to love Hip Hop to love this.
A Must have for all hip hop fans.......2006-08-18
This is an amazing CD. Once you hear it you will realize who the true gangsta/rapper is. 50 Cent and G-Unit are done. G-uNot!
The best disser out there.......2006-06-08
Not just the best disser, the documentary also was one of my favorite albums. Now, what I can say about this diss cd is that, this is the best I've ever heard, that 16 min. diss to g-unit is wild. Then there is some other songs that I like as much as that 16. min diss like Lay Low, Hate It Or Love It, Down, Play the Game, Lil Bit, Why U Smell Like That, Street Muzik, Lyrical Exercise, Where I'm From, Never B Friends, Swallow that Slug, All I Need and more... go cop this one. Stars = 5+....and then also check out the 240 bars(spider joke) which is not on this cd
Best Mixtape So Far.......2006-03-23
The Game really brang it here on this mixtape. The 16 minute diss track to Gay Unit was amazing and shows that he will win this battle no sweat. For the rest of the songs they are really good and work for The Game. Buy this mixtape now it is worth the money.
FYI - the tracks on this CD are:
