Explicit and foul.......2007-07-19
Don't get this for young kids, but older teens and young adults seem to think this stuff is good. What's the world coming to, anyway?
Welcome The Darkness.......2007-05-08
Like Riddlebox, this is one of my favorite albums put out by ICP. A lot of people complain that they sucked without Mike E. Clark. I don't buy that one bit. They were good with Mike E. Clark and they were still good without them. You either support ICP or you don't. Point being, Hell's Pit is regarded by many as not that good. Well, any true Juggalo
(not Juggahoe) can understand what they did with this album and follow them into the darkness. This is their real wicked s*** and it rocks. It's what we were promised. And a hell of a follow up to the conclusion of their Dark Carnival saga.
Intro(9/10) About as good as an intro into hell can get. Sets up a great atmosphere and begins the imaginative journey through Hell's Pit.
Walk Into The Darkness(10/10) Tells of examples of how to get into hell and what happens when you get there.
Suicide Hotline(10/10) J is depressed and calls the suicide hotline and talks about how terrible he has it and wants to off himself. Great song. Makes me think of all those whiny people out there who cry and complain about their lives, even though they don't have it so bad.
C.P.K.'s(10/10) Reminds me of Carnival Of Carnage. Song about J and Shaggy killing priest(the bad kind), set the church on fire, then doing themselves in.
Truly Alone(9/10) Really good song about giving into daily life pressures and losing it mentally.
Everyday I Die(10/10) Being in hell and having a lot of time to try and leave but constantly dying and starting over again. Good Imagery.
The Night Of The .44(10/10) Going on a killing spree. Catchy chorus.
The Witch(9/10) Different ways they are tempted by the witch (devil) to commit acts of violence.
Bowling Balls(9/10) J and Shaggy collect human heads. Catchy stuff.
24(10/10) Killing a bunch of people and doing a bunch of bad things that would land you in hell.
Burning Up(9/10) More things you would do to get into hell and what happens to you when you get there.
Sedatives(10/10) J and Shaggy being sedated in an asylum.
In My Room(10/10) J lives in seclusion and has ghost for a girlfriend.
Basehead Attack(9/10) Shaggy being attacked by zombies (baseheads).
Angels Falling(9/10) Song about J losing his girlfriend and cursing the heavens for the unfairness of it.
Manic Depressive(6/10) Only song on the album I couldn't really get into.
Just really slow and drags on.
Underground Baby(10/10) A montage of cuts from the joker's card saga. A fitting ending to the saga.
I also have to add that the movie Bowling Balls is really good. If you like low budget horror movies you will dig it. 10/10
Keep it real Juggalos. Don't forget who you are and why you listened to ICP in the first place. MCL
I C F-cking P's in the House!!!.......2007-01-06
I love this cd. My favorite songs are Suicide Hotline, Truely Alone, Sedatives, and Manic Depressive. I'm depressed, and these songs help, because it reminds me that other people have the same problems as I do. And I feel really connected to J and Shaggy every time I listen to this CD.
I also enjoyed the DVD that came with the cd. The movie is based on the song Bowling Balls. (what a silly song! lol) It's short (less than 20 mins) but awesome. Of course anything with J and Shaggy is AWESOME!
Must have for any ICP fan.
i am not a juggalo anymore, but i still think this is a good cd.......2006-09-28
i really don't like icp, as they convince emo girls at my school to get high and cut themselves so everyone can make fun of them. back on topic, this is a good cd. i love real underground baby and bowling balls. those songs are just awesome.
THAT WICKED SH*T.......2006-06-09
