Editorial Reviews
Downeast Records & CD Review
Gregory Abbott is an amazing vocalist that has the ability of putting the listener right in the middle of his arrangements.

Product Description
From the sensuous "I Like What You Do", the romantic and powerful "Rhythm Rhyme" , the new age "Eleven Eleven" and Pop/Reggae cover of "Handyman", to the closing "Wrap It Up" (a one man vocal odyssey), Gregory Abbott seems to have a knack for blending themes, rhythms and vocals seamlessly into one smooth cohesive experience. A good bet.

    5 out of 5 stars EXCEPTIONAL.......2000-08-19

Gregory has returned with a most stunning cd yet. All the songs display an array of music flavors of such greats as: Al Jereau, The Temptations, David Sandborn, and Hall & Oats. Also, there's a little hip hop for the young people. This cd has something for all age groups, and various radio stations as well. I HIGHLY recommend this cd to everyone that likes and appreciates exceptional taste in music. It's a truly "MUST HAVE" for your cd collection, it's already a collectors item.

5 out of 5 stars Just really good music.......2000-07-25

You know, I just really like this man's voice. Smooth is the word for it and I think these new songs along with his new production style really bring that out. Contemporary Jazz and Urban stations-- you better take note!

5 out of 5 stars Abbott's new CD rivals the best of 'em. What's NOT to like?.......2000-06-16

It is not all to often that Gregory Abbott records, but when he does what a special gift. The Sixteen songs which encompass "Eyes, Whispers, Rhythm, Sex..." are a romantic blend of Pop/Jazz/R&B and Caribbean. Great songs, incredible voice, lush harmonies, and cool grooves. The ladies will love it and guys would do well to pick one up for that special someone.... Very radio accessible as was his platinum mega-hit song "Shake You Down". Favorites of mine were "Sexual", "I Like What You Do", "Rhythm, Rhyme", "8 Days A Week" and "Eleven Eleven".
