Hi, I just bought and received this cd from Amazon. Myriam is one of my favorite Latin singers and performers. Myriam's music on this cd is so beautiful and meaningful. She puts her heart and soul in each and every song on this cd. It's so easy to get caught up in her music and the heart that she puts in every song. Myriam has one of the most beautiful singing voices that I have ever heard. Her music transcends the rich Latin culture it represents.

Este CD es una recopilación editada por EMI-Latin, que reune las primeras grabaciones de la más importante cantante chilena de los últimos tiempos. En la placa se han recogido íntegramente sus álbumes "Myriam Hernández" (1988) y "Myriam Hernandez Dos" (1990).El primero fue producido en su totalidad por productores chilenos tan importantes como Juan Carlos Duque, Nano Prado, J.Elliot y Juan Antonio Labra.Los éxitos más importantes("El hombre que yo amo","Eres") pertenecen a la autoría de Gogo Muñoz,destacado compositor argentino avecindado en Chile.Su segundo álbum fue producido por Humberto Gatica, otro destacado productor chileno que ha trabajado con importantes figuras internacionales. De este CD se recuerdan "Te pareces tanto a él" de Álvaro Torres;"Peligroso Amor","Mío"y"Tonto" de Gogo Muñoz;"Sabía"de Alberto Plaza;"Herida",etc.

Myriam Hernandez sings like an absolute angel. 'Todo El Amor' is a wonderful collection of music sung from Myriam's heat and soul. My cd just arrived from Amazon today and I could hardly wait to listen to all eleven songs. Myriam's talents are on full display on this cd. Her vocal range and sincerity will amaze you. I'm a devoted fan 4ever!!!

This is yet another example of why this artist is so special to me. The lyrics by the most talented composers and musical arrangements add that special compliment to the sensuous voice that only Myriam can produce. This CD has a very good mixture of songs for different moods. I can relate to just about every song she sings on this CD. I give it 5 stars because that's the highest we can go.

Beautiful Voice.......2000-08-02

To start things off I want to say I'm not hispanic but I love there music. I always listen to the mega 97.9, a New York station, and when I first heard the song, Huele A Peligro it brought tears to my eyes. Tears flowed down my face with so much feeling in my heart. I couldn't believe how beautiful she sound. I don't speak or understand spanish but the way she touched me with her cry, like there were so much pain or love in her heart. What ever it was it brought chills to my body. Her music sends off a very romantic vibe. I only wish I could understand what she is saying. Her album is very beautiful. All her songs are great. Myriam I don't know if you read these reviews but god has blessed you with an incredible voice and good looks to go with it. Keep singing the music with your Beautiful Voice. Chris Davis

I had never even heard of Myriam Hernandez when I bought this CD, but I'm definitely going to buy more of her albums. This is one of the best CDs I have! Every song is beautifully sung and full of emotion. She is a very talented artist.

This c.d. is possibly Myriam Hernandez's best ever. Yo No Puedo Olvidarme de Ti, Huele a Peligro and Deseo are phenominal. When Myriam sings there is nothing missing. You can feel the passion in these songs. Play it for your friends who don't even speak Spanish and they'll love it too. The songwriting is excellent. Every feeling is captured as Myriam's voice escalates along with the powerful words. This is a terrific c.d.

Simply the Best.......2004-05-18

It was about time for Myriam to release a greatest hits album, and there are several special reasons to give this cd 5 stars. To start, I think it's awesome how all the record companies were willing to each donate the songs that Myriam had recorded for them. With three different companies, it was no easy task to get the best of the best, but here it is. All the classics are here, from "El hombre que yo amo", "Ay amor", "Eres", "Te pareces tanto a el", "Peligroso amor" and "Herida" from her early EMI days. To the Warner era of "Se me fue", "Un hombre secreto", "Llorare", "Ese hombre". To the short Sony years with "Huele a peligro", "La fuerza del amor", "Mañana". Myriam has managed to pull almost all her greatest hits, but the only regret will be that there were other songs that simply didn't make the cut: "Quien cuidara de mi", "Deseo", "Leña y Fuego", "No te quiero como un amigo", "Y vete ya", "Si no fueras tu", "Corazon desorientado", "Quiero cantarle al amor" and "Quiero saber". For those of you who longed for these songs, I will suggest get some the compilations from EMI or Warner. There are new songs as well that complete the set: "He vuelto por ti" is an amazing tune with rich lyrics and a great vocal performance. And her current single "No te he robado nada" is a fresh point to take off this new album. "Mio" has been given new arrangements and sounds fresh and different (I still prefer the original version). Overall a great cd worth every cent for an artist that crafts love songs like no one else.
