EL CABALLO DEL MERENGUE.......YES!!!!!!!!.......2002-01-24

Well I must say that who ever is not a Johnny Ventura fan in some kind of way, does'nt know a lot about merengue. Johnny Ventura is the "godfather", the "iron horse", or the "papa" of the music. Whatever nickname you choose for him, remember that he will always be loved and respected beyond millions of people. This album has a lot of that good old fashioned "merengue style". And the song (for example) "merengue antano" displays much of that. Look, to be honest with you this is a very good album. And yes, anybody should put this on the must have list (like most of his albums). And I believe that most of the true merengue fans, and musicians as well would agree with me.....
