Probally his best album yet! Im fo real.......2006-08-15

THis Album didnt suprise me at all cause like his before 2 albums. theyz wuz all raw. This fo serios has talent.Even though most of these songs are slow jams he still put its down thug style mixed with the low pro bumps just like way I like it. If you love good music, I guarentee you will love this album.

Switched it up!.......2006-07-24

This cd is different from Mr. Sancho's firt two. But like the title of the album says its really a collection of slow jams. And they're some of his best jams too date. His lyrics are real and it's perfect for just chillin. I can't wait for another album to drop and be on the look out for his track called Low Low i'm sure its gonna blow up!

Repetitive, simplistic, utterly disappointing........2006-06-14

His first 2 records blow this away. I never thought Sancho would let me down, but bro if youre reading this, I feel ripped off man. What's up with the unoriginal beats? Every song sounds the same. I could have done a better job with the beats just fooling around on my computer (ok maybe not, but you get my drift). And also, someone please tell me what's up with this new whisper-style vocal delivery? Ugh, come on bro, spit some lyrics, don't whisper to me like someone is asleep 10 feet away!

My next complaint Im sure (I hope) Sancho had no control over, and that's the packaging. Every spare cubic centimeter is covered in ads for Low Profile Records' products. I thought I was buying a cd by a specific artist, not a promo package for all of LPR's products. Not only is the packaging devoted entirely to selling their complete product line of cd's, posters, and t-shirts, but they even put a "song" at the end of the record that is simply a spoken word advertisement for (what a shock) their other artists releases! Save it for the website guys, putting ads on artists' creative efforts is seriously cheesy. Maybe change the record label name to Low Class Records.

Bring back the vocal energy from cd#1 (true player) and the music from cd#2 (from the streets of cali) and you'd have the best chicano rap album of all time.

I will tell you this cd is straight garbage. If your buying this cd to look at the girl then hell, its well worth your $15 if you think. Other then that this cd is not any good. The beats are ok, cause of course it the Low Pro beats, but Sancha gets annoying. I personally dont like girl rappers, cause they get annoying with thier whinning voice. The song with Sancho is, he rips it up tight, but the Sancha ruins the song. I have a few predictions why this album came out, listen to her, she and the Low Pro gang must be closer then it appears if you know what I mean. DONT BUY!!!

More great avant-garde/prog from Franco Battiato.......2006-01-16

Although less "prog rock-like", the four pieces on Sulle Corde di Aries (1973) continue the bizarre vocal passages and synthesizer-heavy experimental progressive rock of his first two albums. There are noticeable differences however, including the absence of a full drum kit and bass guitar. Another new element includes Terry Riley (minimalist) influences, which are nicely integrated on the lengthy (16'21") opening track Sequenze e frequenze. Instrumentation on the album consists largely of spacey VCS3 synthesizer passages and acoustic/electric guitar, with an admixture of mandolin (I think), prepared piano, "free-jazzish" saxophone, clarinet, oboe, and cello, along with various and sundry percussion instruments. Although the compositions are largely instrumental, vocal parts include "standard" vocal sections, spoken word passages, and odd experimental vocal parts by Battiato in addition to sopranos Rosella Conz and Jutta Neinhaus (Jutta contributes some spoken word passages in German). All in all, this is a great album that marks the gradual transition towards a more thoroughly avant-garde approach adopted on the follow - up album Clic (1974) - evidently, Battiato was smitten with composers like Terry Riley, Varese, and John Cage. Recommended to fans of experimental electronic music and the avant-garde.

I don't understand or speak any Spanish, but this is one of my all-time favorite albums. Luis did an outstanding job on this cd. He put so much heartfelt emotion into the ballads. The best tracks for me are "Hasta El Fin", "Ayer", "Hasta Que Me Olvides", "Pensar En Ti" and "Me Niego A Estar Solo". Great stuff!!! I only wish I had an English translation.

Okay, I am huge LM fan and have written several reviews here on Amazon. LM can be seen two ways: The LM that gives us the timeless boleros and the LM who is the pop star. Aries, quite simply, is his best Pop album as of this writing. Two of his most powerful love songs "Hasta el Fin" and "Hasta que me Olvides", the goosebump inducing "Pensar en Ti" are here, as well as get up and dance "Que Nivel de Mujer" (with Tower of Power!).

I been listening to it non stop for a few days now, after going through my CD library. It is so timeless, I can't even tell the music is 11 years old!!

If you are just getting to know Luis Miguel, this album, and the peerless Romance should be your first acquisitions!

About 7 years ago I was listening to the radio changing stations and came across a spanish station with the most beautiful song playing...I listened to it...not knowing what it meant...waited to find out the name and didn't understand it either lol...went to work and sang a few lyrics of the song and someone told me it was Hasta Que Me Olvides by Luis Miguel...I immediatly went and got the album and the WHOLE album was awesome...this is a must get for those who have never listened to spanish music...this man is awesome...has the most beautiful voice
