I GOT THIS CD ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND IT'S GREAT. THE MIXTURE OF DIFFERENT ARTIST IS GREAT. IT'S HARD TO STAY IN YOUR SEAT IF YOU'RE A TRUE LATINO. GOOD SONGS, GOOD ARTIST..WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY!!

The best Salsa En La Calle Ocho release ever !!.......2001-04-10

I give this CD 5 stars and for a good reason: this CD contains the best of the best when it comes to Salsa. Tito Rojas with his hit, "Por mujeres como tu" , Luis Enrique and Rey Ruiz are among some of the other contributor's. There are two beautiful songs in this CD (my favorites)-- "Solo Palabras" with George Lamond and "Lloran Las Rosas" with Dominic. I took this CD to a Salsa club here in Germany called "El Cubanito" in the City of Erlangen and asked the DJ to play some of it's cuts. The dance floor got packed really quick and now I have to order me another CD. Gave mine's up as a gift to the DJ. This is a must have for all those collecting all of the Salsa en la Calle Ocho yearly releases. Salsabor !!!!!!!
