Lourdes with a twist.......2002-05-21

Lourdes Robles together with Yolandita Monge and Ednita Nazario is my favorite pop/ballad artist from Puerto Rico. I recommend all three. In "Cielo de Acuarela" Lourdes tries with great sucess various latin rhythms mainly those with "sabor boricua"- rhythms of Puerto Rico. Although it's not what her albums are usually about, for instance instead of the usual romantic beautiful ballad she sings enchanting boleros and instead of the occasional pop song she brings better rooted rhythms that represent Puerto Rico's music culture, "Cielo de Acuarela" thriumphs as a very good pop/tropical album.

Esta producccion me encanta y tiene todos los elementos para ser una de las favoritas.Las cancoiones "Ese hombre que tanto amo yo","Siemnpre" y "Si pudieras amarme" me fascinan.La mezcla de ritmos tropicales con el pop es de primera.Ademas,Lourdes te transporta con su dulce y sensual voz haciendote vibrar.Lo recomiendo a todo aquel que se sienta un verdadero latino!
