As someone who has been an ardent fan of the "Huasteca" for over three decades, I can say without hesitation that the unique talent and sublime perfection that this trio of masters bring to the table is almost beyond description. This CD is also the best sound quality I have ever heard for this form of music, bar none.
The vocals, guitar, and especially the violin work simply cannot be improved on. It is inconceivable to me to even dream of ever listening to better renditions of the Huasteca classics contained on this disc. If you can find it, you will have a treasure that will stand alone at the pinnacle of the genre.
