A must have album in your Salsa Collection. Musicians are excellent, ( Harlow, Pablo Rosario, Eddie Gua Gua Rivera, Lewis Kahn,etc) and the singers a who's who of the best singers in the genera, ( Adalberto Santiago, Pete " El Conde" Rodriguez, & Ismael Miranda. The rendition of " El primero" by these three gentlemen is a classica and so is Adalberto Santiago singing "El Jamaiquino."
The man who created the best two albums in the SALSA genera with Live in Quad and Salsa hit a Homer with the Legends.

Larry Harlow always puts out the best in Latin music. He incorperates a contemporary sound with the authentic roots of latin music. The Latin Legends CD has a wonderful mix of musical styles from Charanga to classic Salsa. Combine this with the absolute greatest players and singers in the business and you have one of the best CDs of 1998! One just can not go wrong with Maestro Harlow! I have a radio show in Santa Fe, NM on KSFR 90.7 FM called AFRO-LATINO-CARIBE every Sat. 10 - midnigth, hosted by yours truly DON BURRO and we play Larry Harlow music without fail on every show. The Latin Legends CD is one of our most requested.
