Compartir un album con otro artista,cuando se cuenta con tantos exitos como Rafaella tiene,no es buena noticia porque los que faltan son muy notables,aunque incluye classicas como"lucas","0303456" & "fiesta" faltan otras como "100 pesetas"
"adios amigo" & la classica romantica "no le hagas lo que ami".

Though fans won't find "Amor Prohibido," arguably Selena's biggest hit, all the others are here, including "Como la Flor" and "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom," some of fellow vocalist Pete Astudillo's best compositions. God brought Selena home early, but she'll be there singing when we get there. I pray I get to see her father's face when he sees her again !! The CD is too good for the public...it was made for Godly ears. I loved it !! I own all of her CD's. She was and is the Real Deal !!

A Great Introduction to the Music of Selena.......2003-03-15

12 Super Exitos was one of the first Selena CDs I purchased in 1997. I was buying every Selena album left and right at the time, so I didn't immediately realize that this particular album was a compilation. If you already have the albums on which the songs in Super Exitos originally appeared, then it's not an essential buy (unless you want a complete collection). Unfortunately, Selena didn't live long enough to have to produce a large "catalog" of songs as vast as those of Elvis, Juan Gabriel, or Nancy Wilson, for example. HOWEVER, if your only exposure to Selena has been her English language songs--such as "Dreaming of You" and "I Could Fall In Love," then 12 Super Exitos is the perfect introduction to Selena's Spanish language work. You can sample the various styles of Mexican and Tejano (Tex-Mex) music that Selena excelled in performing, as well as the English language ballad, "Missing My Baby." If you don't know any Spanish, relax--the tunes are rather infectuous! If you want some background on Selena's life and music, I also recommend getting the biography "Selena: Como La Flor."

The cd is good and I like it show us what she could do and I just can't get enough of her and I am glad that I bought it because it just a nice collection of Selena best work.

Selena is the Best.......2001-03-04

I have all of Selena's music and videos. She was a VERY talented Tejano singer. Everyone should recognize her in that way. My favorite songs are Como La Flor, Ven Conmigo, Missing my Baby, and Dreaming of you. If she were still alive to this day, she would have been the best Tejano singer NATIONWIDE... I pray for her family!!!!

Similar to Con Mariachi.......2007-07-27

This is a great CD, although you need to know that it is almost the same album as their 1995 CD, "Con Mariachi". The xception is the addition pof 2 songs, the first track and the last track. Outside of those two songs they are the same recording in the same track order. They also use the same cover photo. Don't blane the artist', this is just record company strategies to squeeze out every dollar. The girls are heroes here in New Mexico.

Bought the CD for my "Tejano Music" library. Elsa has an excellent voice and great musical accompaniment. Song: "Ya Te Vi" is super... and she does an excellent job on the other "old favorites", as well. Great buy!!
