Product Description
The album presents a very particular fusion of jazz and Latin pop with the great touch of a soft Latin percussion adopted from South American music and Caribbean rhythms. The horns and string arrangements are very rich and provide a flowing support for the soft bohemian vocals within it. The instrumentation is a unique mixture that recalls the small bohemian bars of South America. The lyrics are masterfully written and are reminiscent of the romanticism used in the writings of the great Latin poets of the past century. All lyrics are in Spanish and nine of them are original compositions by Julio Ramírez. They speak of love, sadness, poetry, and sex. They speak of the romance of Latin culture. They speak of life and peoples stories. They speak of you.
