About the Artist
A graduate of AMDA (American Musical and Dramatic Academy, NYC), Cochise's artistic travel spans from "Saturday Night Live", "The Cosby Show", "Homicide - Life in the Streets",the "Ulali" vocal ensemble (formerly Pura Fe) and the coveted Bush Artist Fellowsip for Performance Art and Storytelling.

In 2004 Cochise performed and hosted the Lincoln Center Outdoors Series and performed at the Grand Opening of the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C.

I bought the "Kemosabe Therapy" spoken word CD about a month ago and immediately fell in love with all of the songs! I have memorized so much of the CD that it's like crazy! I love to speak and sing along with him! I dance to all the drum songs. My heart just soars when I hear him play the single and double barrel flutes! This CD is so healing! What an artist! He wrote the songs and plays the instruments too! Cochise is extremely gifted and talented! Each time I listen I hear something new! Can't wait to see him perform the Kemosabe Therapy CD!!!

Everybody - you've got to check out "Mother Earth Father Sky", "Old Ones Who Whisper", and "How the West Was One"! I know our ancestors are proud of the way you honor them, Cochise! You did a fantastic job! This CD has is a song to fit your every mood!! If I want mellow, sweet and calm then I listen to "In Search of a Dream" and "Moon Behind the Clouds". Feeling sexy? There's "Rendevous." Do you love poetry and cool multilayered tracks that feed your brain? Then "Pro-Ject" and "Coyote State of Mind" are for you! They way he orchestrates and articulates his messages are out of this world! Always making us think, aspire, and grow! When I feel like "Spring(ing) In2 Action" I throw on "Stop Dreaming" and "The Kemosabe Therapy". Yo, I play this CD hours at a time everyday! It should be blasting in all the radios. Man, you deserve a NAMMY!!! YAKOKE YAKOKE YAKOKE!! (THANZ THANX THANKS!!)

Great job Cochise on the CD, because it really speaks to you! I respond deep in my soul when I hear your voice, words, and messages. My friends also respond to you too! We think you are so freaking COOL!!!! When you tour other cities they can all see you too! Love the cover of the CD - Cochise looks really awesome! We want posters and T-shirts too. Get the word out coz kids, adults, and elders really dig you! Come out to all the communities and schools and represent ... represent!
