Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars dance into a trance.......2006-01-20

This cd is just amazing. I played this cd for the first time and I literally danced my way through the whole cd. The music can really take you away into another dimension. It is very spiritual and enlighting and the music can help pick you up and bring a sense of warmth, love, joy and peace. I would highly recommend this CD. Guem knows his stuff and you can be in Africa without ever having to go there physically when you listen to his rhythms. The music he plays is also good for exercise as well as meditation or positive concentration.

5 out of 5 stars wonderful!.......2005-08-24

This is the most powerful african percussions work I ever listen! After few minutes of rythms you can't keep your body and you begin to dance. The sounds are great and the pattern of the sound landascapes (always changing) drop you really... into trance! You cannot miss it. The only one at this level (for me) - but very different - is "Drummers of Burundi" (RealWorld)
