I saw gator beat at the mammoth lakes jazz jubilee and they were awesome! They kept the mardi gras dance going all night long! they are different yet they are a must have for anybody!

I enjoyed this CD and its unique sound and point of view. I enjoy the storytelling that ambles through many of the songs.

I just saw these guys at the Mammoth Lakes Jazz Concert. They were the favorite band of all the others listed on the schedule. They are fun to see live and the music is creative and upbeat. I bought one of their CD's at the concert and I'm anxious to buy another to add to my "Cajun Collection." If you order this CD, you won't be disappointed.

If you like Cajun/Zydeco music this CD is for you. Hear Gator Beat's unique style. Sometimes referred to as swamp funk. Most of the songs on the CD are original and written by Richard Domingue the leader of Gator Beat. Could go on for days praising the band, so just buy the CD and enjoy the music. Also, if you ever get a chance to see them live make sure to see their show. It's one of a kind!
