About the Artist
From the moment I was old enough to know I was alive, I knew I wanted to perform. I trained as a singer and actor from when I was five years old, and began singing with my father, Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach, of blessed memory, when I was fifteen. Never in my lifetime did I imagine that I was developing the strength, knowledge and skill to follow in his footsteps.

I began my singing career three weeks after I lost my father, my best friend. At first I felt compelled to sing, knowing in my heart he would have wanted me to. The beginning was a time of great sorrow, as I traveled around the world singing for thousands of people, all of us unable to accept the fact that we would never again be in his holy presence.

In 1996 I met my producer, pianist David Morgan. He changed the way I listened to the music all around me as we began to arrange my father’s songs together and to collaborate. When I started to compose I discovered that by singing I was not only continuing in my father’s way but was accomplishing my own life‚s work as well. The high moments on stage with my bandmates, my brothers David Morgan, Brian Glassman, Mat Gurman and Jake Jacobs, give me the deepest inspiration.

I perform concerts in a variety of different venues ranging from JCC’s, synagogues, Hillels, clubs, and summer camps all over the world. In addition to the regular performances, I also do Shabbaton’s where I teach and tell stories. I enjoy this aspect of my work immensely. It tends to be more intimate than the usual concert and it gives me the opportunity to talk and connect to my audience in a different way. I hope that through my teaching about different Jewish issues and telling stories about how different Rebbes and holy people of the past lit the way to clarity and peace, I can give people a taste of how beautiful it is to love and be close G-d. To be close to G-d gives meaning to everything in life and in a very simple way, gives people the hope to continue dreaming.

My father always said that when we sing, it‚s like we’re praying twice. When I am on stage I experience prayer in the deepest sense. In this crazy world, sadly enough, people often are too afraid to feel. We too terrified to open our souls to our deepest prayers, yet so broken at all we are missing inside. Somehow, when we don‚t have the words to express all that we need, music says it for us. Music can somehow break our hearts and allow us to feel so whole all at the same time.

This miracle is what I feel when I sing. I thank G-d every moment of my life that I have the honor of praying and singing with the people I meet all over the world. I thank you all for your love and support and for giving me the chance to live my dreams. May we all have the courage to keep singing...

Frank, her first album, was a sparse and stripped-down affair; Back to Black, meanwhile, is neither of these things. Very good, I wouldn't say Great necessarily.......2007-08-06

A good Cd it truly is, but it's kind of short. About 10 tracks maybe. This Cd is perfect if you are depressed and in need of mourning. Her tortured soul bleeds through her songwriting and you really get a peek into her inner turmoil. The songs also tend to sound the same. This cd is addicting but I can't say a classic. I personally love it but I don't want to call it a GREAT piece for every ear out there, but definitely a very good piece.

i bought my own copy & purchased a second for my dad as a father's day gift.
(he enjoys it and is turning others onto it, just the same)
my daughter, 7 at the time of purchase, had me put some of the tunes on her ipod.

Very different........2007-08-06

I heard Rehab on the radio and I thought that this was a different sound. Her voice is husky but filled with emotion. This cd is completely different and refreshing. I recommend this cd if you like to hear an artist off the beaten path.

Amy is a breath of fresh air.......2007-08-04

Her voice is magic and it reminds me of how good R&B used to be and still can be without the preservatives. When she sings, she hits me in the gut and I can relate to her songs in some ways. For someone so young, she sings about a wide range of life experiences. She will go a long way and she's truly an amazing talent.

Not just about "Rehab"........2007-08-03

I had heard about Amy Winehouse long before her American TV performances that made her big in the US. So when her album came out, I just had to get it THAT day. Although most people know Amy from her catchy single, "Rehab", others know her for her jazzy music, incredible voice, and strong, yet witty messages in her songs.

Here's a quick overview of the highlights (and possibly lowlights) from the album Back to Black.

First, I can't go through a complete review without mentioning "Rehab". With its catchy lyrics, sexy jazz feel, and Amy's deep voice, it made a great first US single for this songstress. From there we go onto another of my favorite songs "You Know I'm No Good". The best part of the song is the sing-song, almost nursery rhyme feel of the verses. Its message is a strong one: I've cheated on you but "I told you I was trouble. You know that I'm no good".

Another great song on this album is "Me and Mr. Jones". Although some would argue that the entire album sounds like an old 1960's jazz album, I think "Me and Mr. Jones" is the most 60's sounding song on the album. Amy sings about her complicated relationship with "her man" and suggests that she's really not over him meanwhile inventing her own word to describe what is going on (although I won't mention the word since profanity is not allowed on Amazon). This song is another great example of how amazing Amy sounds when she hits the low notes.

My absolute favorite song is "Back to Black". The infectious sound of the keyboard and the violin, the simple, yet powerful chorus, and, of course, Amy's voice suggests that although the random humorous lyrics she throws in here and there show her playful personality, she also has a hard time dealing with parts of her life. If I were to suggest one song to listen to on this album, "Back to Black" is it.

Two other songs to look out for are "Love is a Losing Game" and "Tears Dry On Their Own". Two different messages but two great sounding songs. "Love" is one of the few ballads on this album while "Tears" is one of the few (if not the only) uplifting songs on this album. The bonus track is simply a remix of "You Know I'm No Good". Not much different from the original since the only difference really is a rap solo.

The other 4 songs I haven't mentioned are pretty good songs but they aren't outstanding. "Just Friends" just doesn't have the catchyness that the other songs have and I tend to skip right over it everytime I listen to this album. "Wake Up Alone"'s sound is extremely catchy (and it almost sounds like something you've heard before) and I absolutely love how sultry and sad Amy sounds. The sort of monotonous sound of the song prevents me from differentiating the chorus from the rest of the song so I wouldn't call this a "sing along" by any means. "Some Unholy War" is rather short and reads more like a letter than a song. "He Can Only Hold Her", again, is another catchy song but I wouldn't say it stands on its own.

I tend to think that my taste in music is eclectic so I didn't have a hard time truly liking this album. People who stick with one type of music may have difficulty getting into Back to Black but I suggest having an open mind when listening to this album. It is nothing like I have ever heard in the last 10 years or so and if Back to Black is an example of what's to come from musicians in the future, I'm ecstatic. I highly recommend this album.

Because it would be un-Prince-like to release a new studio album without kicking up a little controversy first, the Artist Formerly Known As a Cool-Looking Symbol gave away copies of Planet Earth with a British news tabloid weeks before its U.S. release. Among the reasons he shouldn't have: nobody who catches wind of the peerless funk-rock-soul he lays out on these 10 tracks--least of all longtime fans--would think twice about shelling out for it. A big chunk of the appeal is that Prince finds his way back to his guitar here. The title track, a politically right-on-time environmental rant, steers him back toward "Purple Rain" territory, as does "Lion of Judah" ("Guitar," oddly, doesn't--it's more of a straight-up, shout-it-out modern rocker). And the flirty numbers are seriously flammable: "Somewhere Here on Earth" seduces with a crackly jazz vibe, while "Mr. Goodnight" gets friendly with a refined slip of rap. Coolest of all are two tracks at cross purposes-- "Chelsea Rodgers" fuses funk with disco until it's so far off the hook it's in a heap on the floor, and "All the Midnights in the World" paints a picture of artistic maturity through piano and lyrics that lean hard on positivity. I personally love every album by Prince, but for the fans that always seem to say "Why doesnt he do songs like he did in the 1980's" HERE IS Your Album!

If I would have to place this album inbetween 2 albums which have that style and feel.... I would say: "Around the World in a Day" & "Sign O Times"!

It is more like the Prince & Wendy/Lisa feel after the Purple Rain Era!! Something in the 1985-1987 feel :)

PRINCE - A RETURN 2 FUNKY-POP!.......2007-08-06

After a considerable dive to the bottom of incoherent babble and nonsense noise, that was suppose to be music (example "The Rainbow Children"). Prince has dusted his guitar off and finally written some understandable funky pop tunes that are actually fun and even listenable! Take note- I have been a HUGE Prince fan from the very beginning, however, Prince lost me (and a lot of other fans) with his constant personal battles with Warner Bros and himself! Now, with the exception of (in my opinion) TOO MANY love ballards, Prince hits the mark with two songs that are worth the $10.00 admission to play- "The One U Wanna C" with a '60's surf guitar rift that is SO catchy and a tune that the listener wants to hear again and again! The lyrics are cool and the rythmn stays with you, way after the song ends!

The funkiest song on the CD is the gospel-pop "Chelsea Rodgers," which reminds this Prince fan of his "Controversy" days, and even a bit of his teaming with Sheila E on "A Love Bazaar" and "Erotic City," with a lot of catchy lyrics and funky music. The remainder of the CD is mostly what many of us die-hard Prince fans have been avoiding- enviromental "peace" songs and "overwhelming" ballards. Though, "Mr Goodnight" is the best of the love ballards, the number of them overloads the CD and almost sinks it. Prince is at least finally headed in the right deirection, let's just hope he doesn't start straying again- we'll all still waiting for another "Purple Rain," "1999," or a VERY rare "Sign O' The Times," in other words, we're still waiting "to live to see the dawn."

This is classic Prince. The music, guitar, and vocals are very much the 1970s/1980s Prince. I love Somewhere Here on Earth. Good job Prince.

Prince is back!.......2007-08-05

Prince returns with his latest album "Planet Earth." Wow is this album amazing or what? I've been a Prince fan since the hit "The Most Beautiful Girl In The World." I love that song! I also heard his 80's music and fell in love with it as well. When I found out Prince was releasing new material, I wondered if it would be as good as his older stuff. Well I was right, it was as good as his older stuff and then some! The lead single "Guitar" is classic Prince. Iti's original and unique just like him. I'm a fan of various music styles and I was pleasently surprised with Prince's latest release. itunes classified it as R&B but I think it's a combination of styles. I didn't get "3121" or "Musicology" (the title track rocks!) but now I want to after hearing "Planet Earth." Definately the most original work of 2007 so far. I highily reccomend you buying this if you love Prince. You won't be dissapoined at all!

The first time I listened, there were only a couple of cuts I wanted to hear again. But, after listening a couple more times, I can't seem to get enough of the whole album... it's catchy, funky, addicting, it makes me happy! :) Prince is the best, there's just no way to ignore this man's music. He's pure genious!

R&B with tempo: Justin Timberlake resurrected it, and it's proving way more influential than that other lost commodity--sexy--he claimed to be bringing back in 2006 on FutureSex/LoveSounds. Timberlake is to Robin Thicke what 'N Sync and Backstreet Boys were to a band like O-Town, in fact: he pretty much made it all possible. But even though it took one blue-eyed soulster with a hot look and an achy falsetto to bang down the door for another, Thicke presents a convincing case here that he had the goods to get us grooving all along: Evolution is a classy disc that tiptoes up to its listeners, first with an elegant duet with Faith Evans ("Got 2 Be Down"), next with a slick lament that wouldn't sound out of place on a Boyz II Men disc ("Complicated"), and then with a sweet plea that commands a finger-snap ("Would That Make U Love Me"). By the time we reach the long, sweeping lullaby that is the final track, "Angels," we've also had a taste of Thicke's swaggering side ("I Need Love," "Cocaine"), his hip-hop loving side ("All Night Long" and "Shooter," both with Lil Wayne), and the side that fantasizes about 1950s Latin ballrooms ("Everything I Can't Have," a hot tamale of a number that commands a visual if ever there was one: it's impossible to hear this song without imagining a raven-haired woman with a red rose between her teeth). Despite the range of moods on display, they're all in service to Thicke's inner R&B smoothie, and they all brush up against the ear with something like affection. When Concord Music purchased Fantasy Records in 2006, the bulging Stax catalog came along for the ride. Not a bad deal, especially since Stax remains one of the richest and most vital sources of '60s and '70s soul, blues, and R&B. The newly reactivated label's debut release is a lavishly boxed double-disc set of 50 highlights--as opposed to hits--from the Memphis label's voluminous vaults to celebrate its 50th anniversary. All the usual suspects appear, including Otis Redding, Sam & Dave, Isaac Hayes, Johnnie Taylor, Eddie Floyd, Albert King, and the Staple Singers. But the compilers deliver a well-rounded, even eclectic collection by including tracks from such relatively obscure acts as the Astors, Ollie & the Nightingales, the Mad Lads, Linda Lyndell, and Mable John, whose "Your Good Thing (Is About to End)" is one of the great lost soul treasures. Propelled in large part by house band Booker T. & the MGs, the majority of these songs have become integral threads in the fabric of American soul. Even at two and a half hours, there's not a dull moment here. Before and After.......2007-07-21

In 1968 there was a changing of the guard at Stax and the results were dramatic. The whole approach to making music so changed (along with so much else in the world at the time) that you hear two almost seperate catalogues. For me, the earlier period just defined "soul" and that music and those musicians hold a very special place in my world. Stax most likely sold a lot more records in the latter period.

It is still a very worthwhile collection as it makes the transition really clear musically and the booklet in the box does a decent job of lending insight into the inner workings of Stax and the folks involved.

I also found it interesting that the best known songs and artists still stood out from the more obscure ones. The public got it right in this reviewer's opinion. The downside to that is that I didn't find many hidden gems.

STAX have a reputation for pure soul as opposed to a certain label who
'motored' off in to a commercial watering-down of black music.Here we have
a generous fifty tracks on two cds of real soul music,not all hits,but all

When "The Summer of Love" enters the conversation, most of us mean San Francisco, 1967. Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead. Be-Ins. Flower Power. Sgt. Pepper.

If by "love" we mean white kids from all over the country convening in urban crash pads --- well, that sets the bar pretty low, doesn't it? Given the opportunity, we could have done that. A lot of us would, even now. Just tell us where to show up.

A year before Martin Luther King, Jr. was killed there, it was a lot harder to show the love in Memphis. And yet, in an ancient movie theater in South Memphis, black and white musicians made some of the most inspired music we'll ever hear.

Let Motown own the slicker-than-snail-snot "commercial" franchise of urban black music.

And nine bows to Atlantic, with 18 singles on the Billboard Hot One Hundred Charts in the late Spring of 1967 --- ranging from Aretha Franklin doing the unofficial black national anthem ("Respect") to the white Long Island band, the Young Rascals. The only other competition Stax had in this rarified interracial zone in the late `60s: Sly & the Family Stone.

At Stax, something wonderful flourished, and it's in the grooves for all to hear --- starting with an interracial house band backing up such megawatt soul signers as Otis Redding, Sam and Dave, Rufus Thomas and Eddie Floyd. Their influences were various: rock, pop, country, blues. Mixed together, they produced music that was at once familiar and not --- music that jarred the ear just enough that you had to listen to it.

But "produced" isn't quite the right word. At Stax, they mostly recorded "live." Even when they didn't, the theater's acoustics made music sound "live." As a result, you heard an excitement --- a vibrancy --- in these records that was available nowhere else in American popular music. Just listen to one of the 50 songs on the Stax 50th Anniversary Celebration when the horns --- horns! --- kick in and you'll remember how exciting music could be.

There was so much talent on the label it was able to survive the December '67 plane crash that killed Otis Redding and two-thirds of his backup band. The reason: Stax had the Staples Singers coming on strong. And Stax had Issac Hayes.

You remember "Shaft" --- "can you dig it?" But Hayes also self-produced "Hot Buttered Soul", a record that featured an unlikely 18-minute version of "By the Time I Got to Phoenix." This was as radically different from `60s pop music as Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On."

This two-CD boxed set has hits galore: "Green Onions", "I've Been Loving You Too Long", "Knock on Wood", "Born Under a Bad Sign" and "Respect Yourself." It also has songs you don't know, oddities that sure sound like hits.

The through-line: men and women singing one love song after another. The music can be raw --- loss makes for even better songs than happiness --- but I don't think I'm making it up when I say the primary ingredient of that music is love. First, of course, love of music, pure and simple. But more, love of the historical moment, love of the knowledge that when we're creating together, there's no reason we can't get along.

This Stax set is testimony to a grand idea, now honored too often only with empty words. It's also great fun, music that holds its own with the best pop this country has ever produced --- music so enjoyable you can forget the moral it contains.

Having long since shed their image as hip-hop's clown princes, the Beastie Boys now bring what feels like their emeritus recording, a celebratory instrumental memoir of all of the influences (except punk) that brought them to their secure place among hip-hop's fickle elite. Off the charts outstanding! The Boys have mastered their instrumental stylings, and have created an amazing cornicopia of sound. Far more advanced than earlier instrumentals that were wooven through out various albums, or collected on 'In sounds from way out'. a lot of people are basing this album on from their prevous popular albums like check your head, hello nasty (my favorite), 5 boroughs, ect. but there are a lot of ignorant people out there and dont realize that they have already made an album with just instruments called the in sound from the way out. and it was excellent and so was this album. put it on and just sit back and chill to it. the beastie boys do a great job mixing it up, which is one of the reasons why i love the beastie boys and one of the reasons why they are my all time favorite! its all about the music, a good band can make music with lyrics but a great group can produce music without lyrics. this album has been everything i have asked for, if you loved anything from the beastie boys, im sure you will love this. i know i did!

I would say if you are new to the band you might find this appealing. For me it was not the same as past musical experiences I had in listening to albums of the past, including several that came after the famous "Licensed to Ill" which I have heard is one of Capitol Records all-time best selling albums. This CD left me frustrated as I did not feel there was very much creativity at all. As they say; "to each his own" but I personally felt this CD was a letdown.

The Beasties are always giving the people what they want. They may not know they want it but after you get it, you realize you needed it. This is one of those records. It's not anything ground-breaking but it is just what you'd expect form an all instrumental (that's right, no lyrics) record from them. This record is great to chill to or have on the background of any get-together. It takes you right back to the instrumental songs of Check Your Head and Ill Communication records but is totally all brand new music. Nothing here appears on their The In Sound From The Way Out Album but it is similar in it's construction. I enjoyed The Mix-Up and I hope you do too.

As musical activists in the 1960s civil rights movement, the Staple Singers were powerful voices for equality and change. And more than 40 years after Pops's daughter Mavis spent a night in a West Memphis, Arkansas, jail at the behest of a racist cop, she still remembers the terror of the experience, as well as the counsel of Dr. Martin Luther King. That episode is at the centerpiece of "My Own Eyes," one of the most moving offerings on this collection of songs of racial struggle in the '50s and '60s, produced by guitarist Ry Cooder and featuring backing from the original Freedom Singers and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Throughout, the album proves both emotionally chilling and spiritually uplifting. On J.B. Lenoir's "Down in Mississippi" and Marshall Jones's "In the Mississippi River," for example, Cooder makes fine use of pounding percussion and snaky electric guitar to capture the danger and fear inherent in the Deep South at the time, while the title song and "Jesus Is on the Main Line" draw on gospel and the traditional framework of church hymns to promise positive solutions. When I listen to this music, it takes me back. It takes me back to the red clay hills of Georgia, to the Black Belt of Alabama, and the Delta of Mississippi. Mavis Staples sings with passion and true soul the songs of the Civil Rights movement on "We'll Never Turn Back". The CD has all the sounds of a great Ry Cooder CD too because he did arrangements of many of the songs and he plays on them too. This CD's version of "This Little Light of Mine" shows what can be done respectfully to bring a whole new sound to an old song. This CD really deserves 5 stars.

Rank 'em how you like, Rubber Soul is an undeniable pivot point in the Fab Four's varied discography no matter where, or how, you first heard it. The album was softened up in its original 12-song American edition to jibe with the Dylan/Byrds folk-rock sound, as well as squeeze money from the Parlophone catalog. The 14-song U.K. edition--the version now available on compact disc--is a different, more dynamic, and ultimately more accomplished achievement. So many classics: "Drive My Car" and "Nowhere Man" (both omitted from the U.S. edition) merge the early combustible Beatifics to a burgeoning studio consciousness; "The Word" can be read as a pre-psych warning shot; the sitar-laden "Norwegian Wood" and the evocative "Girl" (the latter written on the last night of the sessions) stand as turning points in John Lennon's oeuvre. This is quite simply the best album I've purchased all year. Just to give you some kind of idea of what you get in this album, just add quarter cup of Jill Scott, Eryka Badu, India Arie, and Billie Holliday, and that should pretty much sum it up. This is truely a rare gem. I love myself some Jill Scott, but Chrisette Michele comes in a close second.

In the run-up to this, her third album, Joss Stone told a phalanx of glossy magazines that the difference between this disc and the two that preceded it was a newfound clarity of vision. Whereas the other records--their gold status notwithstanding--represented the fumblings of a huge-voiced kid being bossed around by experienced music-biz types, this one, she promised, would reveal the real her. Thus, the titular "introduction." To which anybody who spins the 14 groovy and fully unbuttoned tracks herein will wish to reply not "nice to meet you"--far too lame a sentiment for so fully realized a disc--but "Where have you been all my life?" As good as Joss Stone's previous efforts are, Introducing Joss Stone represents a giant step forward: there's a freshness to these songs that suits her age (19 as of the album's release) and a funkiness that suits modern pop sensibilities. There's also a cross-hatching of visions with artists like Lauryn Hill and Common that will rightly advance her reputation as an artist who can sling disco, R&B, and rock almost as convincingly as soul. Splicing girl-group harmonies with blaxploitation-style funk with Joplin-esque and, at times, Shelby Lynne-reminiscent vocals, Stone works these Raphael Saadiq-produced beats with the stealth and steadiness of a '70s-era legend who's still going strong. "Girl They Won't Believe It," she wails against the tight hoo-hoo harmonizing of talented backup singers on the opening track; get a load of how much she's accomplished in the space of three albums, and you won't believe it, either. --Tammy La Gorce

This album has some gems in them, not the least being MUSIC and "Tell me what we..."

Her talent glows like her voice and this is Idli and Vada with Sambar and Chutney amid a plate full of offers of McMuffins.

Bruised But Not Broken.......2007-08-01

My aunt used to talk about Joss Stone all the time but I never knew who she was. Even after hearing "What We Gonna Do Now", I still never really knew who she was. It was not until I was listening to the song "Bruised But Not Broken" on a cable music station that I fell in love with her music. I decided to adopt this phrase as my mantra and ask all my friends to get her CD.

Now honestly, there are a a couple of songs that are over the top, but overall I was pleased. And I like Raphael Saadiq also so I was excited about the purchase. This the kind of CD that the more you listen to it, the more you like.

Some great stuff in here, and I really do enjoy JS's voice. Listening to this CD gave me this urge to go research older Stevie Wonder for some reason...I suspect that's a good sign. For some reason, though, I like her previous effort more. It's going to be interesting to continue to watch this still-young artist continue to develop.

Save your money...........2007-07-25

If you're looking for a great follow up to her first CD, you'd be hard pressed to find it here. "Introducing Joss Stone" sounds nothing like her first album, all of the songs are R&B based (not the jazz/blues/soul music of the first) and most of the lyrics I couldn't understand. I would think twice in purchasing this if you really liked the first album and are expecting something similar.

I love Joss Stone's voice. There's no denying it, the girl's got a set of pipes that are un-matched in this current generation of musicians, but I'm not sure Joss has found her groove yet.

Admittedly, at 14 she was too young to make the important decisions to launch her career, but this girl's been through more changes than the weather.

I think when she really hits her groove, folks will stop comparing her to Shelby Lynne, etc. It'll happen, but 19 may still be too young.

You want to hear a great Brit chick with more heart and identity, you need to listen to "Put your Records On" by Corrine Bailey Rae. Corrine doesn't have Joss' voice, but she's got down who she is.

Navigating Van Morrison's extensive catalog since 1993 is a formidable task even diehard fans might not want to attempt. The Irish icon has flirted with blues, jazz, country, pop, Celtic, and his own style of indescribable into-the-mystic spiritually-oriented poetic folk on his numerous releases, making for quite a thorny culling assignment. I have been a VM fan for years and listen to all of his music. This is the best of his three best of volumes because of the previously unreleased material and somewhat unknown duets with Tom Jones, James Hunter, Bobby Bland, Ray Charles, Carl Perkins, and BB King. It has something for the diehard VM fan as well as the occasional listener.

You either love or hate Van the Man. Over 40 years he has given the world some of the most heartfelt beautiful music ever recorded. This best of provides a stunning glimpse into the breath and depth of what he is capable of delivering. Showing respect to those who came before him, this collection is absolutely outstanding from start to finish. In the hands of the recording company this offering could have been a diaster. Thanks Van for giving us your gems for this collection.

great new album.......2007-07-24

I was excited to hear that Van had out a new album. I've been a huge fan since the 70's.(that's dating myself, isn't it). This album is a nice mix of music and includes some duets with other artists. I'd like to see some brand new music from Van, but this one is great.

This is a 2 disc CD with lots of great songs. I really like the mix of songs and definitely recommend this to Van Morrison fans.

I won't call this definitive, but the collection's got some previously unreleased and seldom heard numbers that merit the price and hype. This is a very listenable CD that's something you can just stick in the changer and let it play. Definitely worth the money.
