Blissfull nostalgia of mankind's past........2004-04-02

For a long time I have been a fan of Israel Kamakawiwo'ole. The late folk singer introduced me to "island music" and my musical palate was satisfied,for a while. I later began listening to Cusco (another breathtaking act) but nothing has been as emotional,as astounding,or as reflective as Reichel.
Yes,I say reflective. Like an object in space that travels at the speed of light,I was everywhere at once while listening to this cd. This cd actually brought me to tears,and I don't even understand the language!
Anyway,Amazon.com is a great place to purchase cds. Not only does Amazon have cheap prices but they also have the largest selection of world music that I have seen in years.

Hawaii wouln't be the same without him........2004-01-25

This is one of the best albums Kealii has come out with. His tone is very sweet and mellow. You will certainly enjoy it.

Ke'ali'i Does it Again!.......2000-07-11

This is a great CD! It has a good mix of playful songs and loving, beautiful songs. His voice is so nice to listen to and he really enunciates so you can actually hear and sing along--even to the Hawai'ian lyrics!
