There are some PHENOMENAL drum solos on this album. But a lot of the instrumental kinda grated on me. Just depends on what you like.

I LOVE this CD! I listen to it in my car on the way to work and it gets me excited about my day. Also, when I just want to practice some belly dancing moves, it's fun to dance to. The music is upbeat with some slow tunes mixed in. It's easy to listen to and motivates you to shimmy like crazy!

I looked for months, trying to find a CD with bellydancing music. Many of them only had a handful of good songs. This CD is full of over 20 motivating songs. Some fast, some slower. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for all encompassing types of belly dancing music. (even great to listen when you need to get some house cleaning done!)

Classic for Belly Dance.......2007-02-18

I love this CD and use it all the time. It's broken down into sections for mixing and making your own stage show. It isn't ideal for playing on an ipod. I really like "Tabla Plus" the drum solo, it's great for knock down, drag out hip work.
