This is the best cd from beginning to end I've heard in a minute! Her style, her flow, girlfriend got it goin on! I can't even put her in any one catagory, she's that versatile - neo, blues, jazz, funk. On some songs her voice sounds similar to Beyonce but with major voice lessons (no dis Beyonce). Everyone is asking me "who dat?" so although she's not blowing up any charts (which is a damn shame), she's blowing up in the hood! Don't hesitate to scoop this one up.

Finally we have a new singer/songwriter in the soul music genre. Introducing Antoinique is a breath of fresh air. She has a beautiful voice that lends itself to her soulful sound. The musicians on the album are great. Live strings, live horns, awesome guitarist, and and incredible drummer! The lyrics of the songs are also great. She sings a lot of love songs but they cove many subjects. There is also a very spirit lifting song called "Sunshine". Overall the album is a must have with every track being a keeper.
