Solid Soul.......2006-08-08
I picked this album up on a whim and I was entirely pleased. "Talking the Teenage Language" and "Inner City Blues" are particularly strong. The production, which is handled by Eugene Record of the Chi Lites, gets a little syrupy at times, but it's all in good fun. If you like this album, you should check out For God's Sakes (Give Me Power to the People) by the Chi Lites.

The Lost Generation never reached the popularity heights of their labelmates The Chi-Lites, but their music was just as good and at times better. This CD contains their two most popular albums.
