Along with DJ Jazzy Jeff (of DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince fame), DJ Cash Money was one of the incredibly skilled DJs to come out of Philly in the late 80s. Teaming up with Marvelous Marv, "Where s The Party At?" was released, the title being the result of Cash Money winning several turntable competitions and looking to celebrate. With their widely popular single, "Play It Kool" backed with "Ugly People Be Quiet", the duo came out of nowhere and won over audiences with raw skill and well-received humor in their music. By the late 80s, DJ Cash Money had won the DJ World Championship and had been named The Greatest DJ in the World. In 1998, Technics made Cash Money the first inductee into the DJ Hall of Fame. This is golden age Hip Hop at its best!

A super budget 5 CD collection of all of Grainger's Piano music.
Every last note!
The shipping alone would be $17.00+ for the 5 individual Cds.
Englishman Martin Jones plays these as if he wrote them. He is thoroughly inside this music.
I think his best work to date.
He is joined on CD #5 by Richard Mcmahon and Phillip Martin. Where they rollick in various combos and trios on 1, 2 and 3 pianos. This is exhilerating. Especially on an truly uplifting version of Green Bushes.
The entire set is strongly idiomatic and given a clear, crisp, warm and spacious recording. FIRST CLASS sound.
There are too many highlights to single out, but the In A Nutshell Suite and Green Bushes are especially GOOD!
There is not a bad note or "vibe" on any of these CDs.
Highly recommended for Granger fans and fans of English Piano Music.

Awesome cd total party. It has Nelly and the So So Def Allstars JD,Da Brat,Lil Bow Wow,R.O.C,and Tigah. And of coarse Jagged Edge. By the end you wonder Where is that So So Def Crazy Party.
Over all awesome a have to buy single.

This collection of song cycles is simply beautiful. Collected from Finno-Ugric peoples around the Baltic sea area, near Tormis' homeland of Estonia, the songs range from complex arrangements to snippets. Most of the peoples represented on the disk (the Livonians, Karelians, Ingrians, etc.) are dying out, and their languages are almost dead as well. Tormis' beautiful choral arrangements awaken the need to preserve these cultures, and are especially meaningful to anyone with Finno-Ugric heritage. Get the 2-CD set if possible -- it's definitely worth it.
