The music is well-paced to get the walker warmed up and then working hard. I am 50 years old and of an average build and it's a great 1 hour walk. A younger, more-fit person might not be challenged as much by it, but it's perfect for me! Perfection. This album has staying power!.......2002-02-13 There is a great deal of enthusiasm and optimism in the music to be enjoyed by every age. Terrific CD.......2002-01-09 I hate to exercise and the treadmill was boring! So in desperation I bought a CD to listen to while I walked. When I put this CD in and close my eyes I am transported to a place of Praise and Worship. The time passes by fast and although I am tired physically from the walk my mind is refreshed. The songs are slower at the beginning and go to a faster pace in the middle and then slow down again at the end. It also gives you the choice as to whether to walk a half hour or an hour. Kee Classic.......2006-04-13 This cd is a classic. I love this album. This is the oldest cd I have by him. John P Kee and New Life is just an awesome group. Their music is just something that you will have to love. "We Walk By Faith" is an awesome song to open up this cd. Vanessa Bell Armstrong is just awesome. "He's Able" is a nice worship song. Shelia Lakin is just awesome. "You can Make It" this is a song that encouarge me everytime I listen to it. This song is antheam in my life "Wave it Away" is another one of my favorite song. Issac and John did an awesome job on lead vocals. "New Life" is a testimony for me. The Lord gave me NEW LIFE this is awesome "Made up Mind" is a nice song. The music is a little weak but this song is all right "Pressing My Way" is the best song. Na-Na kills the song. She rips this song out. This is my favorite song "He wont leave you" is a nice song "We glorify" is the best song. Once again Vanessa Kills on the lead "We Walk by Faith (Reprise)" is a nice perfect song to end this Cd This cd is just awesome. In my opion is one of his best one. This is a CLASSIC. I LOVE THIS CD. Kee's cd's and this is beyond a doubt a glorious sampling. John has such an anointing for creating songs that glorify God as well as touch our hearts. They are uplifing as well as thought prevoking.
