This album is so-so. I really only bought it for their one song - Two Occasions. This is the only thing worth listening. I was hoping they'll have more hits like this in their "greatest hits" CD but was disappointed.

I'm feelin' all of their early stuff like Body Talk, Just My Luck, I Surrender, Crazy Bout Cha, and Sweet November (Babyface's first solo song) as well as their New Jack Ballads like Shoot Em Up Movies, Let No One Seperate Us, and of course Two Occasions!!!! All great early to late 1980s classics that you barely hear anymore! This is a must get! Their debut 83 (has Body Talk and I Surrender) on cd is available in limited quantities and their second lp from 85 (has I'll Send You Roses and Sweet November) is long out of print and never made into cd format.

I hadn't heard a few of the songs in a while so naturally it brought back memories. In all I'm glad I purchased the cd. It is a good addition to my ole skool collection.

I purchased this cd and I am not disappointed. It brings back so many good memories. It also brings some sad ones. Music just isn't made like this anymore. From Just My Luck, I'll Send You Roses, Sweet November, Two Ocassions, Shoot Em Up Movies etc.. there is no disappointment. I didnt realize that the Deele had made most of these hits so I was very delighted when I listed to I'll Send You Roses and realized that I'd been searching for this song. Anyway I give it five stars because of the 16 tracks at least 12 are keepers for me.

Wow, this was one of my favorite groups from the 80's. I just keep reminiscing about being a teenager and listening to the Deele. It brings back memories of old boyfriends. My favorite Deele songs are Just My Luck, Dry Your Eyes, All I've Ever Known,Sweet November,Two Occasions,Let No One Separate Us and Crazy Bout Cha. They just don't make music like this anymore. I don't like the new music out these days so I went back into my crates and started listening to music from the 80's.This marks the beginnings of a young Babyface. Babyface is all man he loves God, loves women, and is very romantic. He pours his heart out and doesn't care what people think. Babyface is the most prolific singer, songwriter and producer. he has such a sweet mellow and distinctive voice. He has written so many great songs. I love listening to Babyface he has gotten me over my broken hearts. This is a must have CD. Way to go Babyface and LA what a great production team.

For one thing the Deele CD information was false. The amount of songs advertised were significantly less on the actual CD. Also Two Occasions was suppose to be the long version on the [IMPORT]. That's why I purchased the more expensive import. I have to say it was very dissapointing to discover that it was not the extended version of Two Occasions. For these two glitches only I give the CD a low rating.

My low rating is not a reflection of the Deele or their music. It reflects this poor compilation. It would have been nice if the company that produced the CD could have proofread the CD before sending it for production. 'Two Occasions' was the Deele's biggest single, but this CD lists as 'Tow Occasions'. Both on the CD itself and the accompanying cover.

Aside from that, it is sad that the CD features the shortest radio edit of Two Occasions.

I REALLY LIKE THIS CD. IT BRINGS BACK A LOT OF MEMORIES. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING 4 THIS CD FOR A LONG TIME NOW, AND IM SO GLAD I HAVE FOUNT IT. WHEW! I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED THIS GROUP. THEY R THE BOMB. THEY JUST DONT MAKE SONGS THIS GOOD ANY MORE
