I purchased the CD with no idea about the Copy Control situation and saw the older review afterwards. Well, I got my copy very easy. I also converted it to MP3s for my music HD. I think there's not really a hardcore copy control within that CD, if you handle it using updated technology.
However, that's not the main matter, but the music. And here you'll find very fine doo wop efforts, recorded 1961-62 and perfectly digital remastered, including both brilliant hits "Blue Moon" and "Heartache" as well as a lot of standards.

Buyer Beaware! This is an EMI Copy Controlled CD. You can not copy it for legitimate use; Backup, Use in a hot car, etc. In addition, forget about ripping MP3 files or MP4 files for use in your iPods. Send A Message to EMI. I unfortunately purchased the CD since there was no indication that this was a Copy Controlled CD on this page. I hope EMI and SONY understand that there was music before there was an emi or a sony and there will be music long after they fold.
