A VERY FUNKY ALBUM.......2004-02-18

This is one of the best Cameo compilations I love just about every song on this album especially Be Yourself, Alligator Woman that is very rarely played or heard on the radio and Hanging Downtown this is a great album and a must have album for any Cameo fan I love this album!!!

two days ago, i received my copy, and it once more proves that this band knows how to make you move and more importantly, feel good.

enviable versatility and high-level performance add further to the enjoyment -- "don't be so cool", "in the night", "hangin' downtown", "it's serious", and "alligator woman" are the highlights of an extremely entertaining ride on the funky side. a sure shot, no doubt.

double your pleasure by buying the the first "best of" volume, too. (no, i'm *not* paid for hyping them -- they *are* the best, that's all).

Larry Blackmon & crew get right on this set.Be yourself a straight up positive jam.were' going out tonight what a slow jam? in the night with the genius Miles davis,Don't be so cool with Nona hendryx a very underrated great talent.hangin' downtown,why have i lost you,freaky dancin ,calling out all the chocolate cites.a true funk chant.keep it hot&alligator woman.the banging bass,early horns replaced with synths and the scratch of guitar.a must have for funkateers.

larry blackmon and company give up the goods on this set.from be yourself and the banging slow jam were going out tonight.the bass and horns are all here.the first hits one is tight but this one has even more grooves.cameo were able to be credible in the keyboard heavy 80's with oohhss!! and the funk.enjoy.
