Album Description

pH10 uses boiling breaks and a jolt of jungle to create a whole new experience in electronic music. They depart from established formulas by employing dub-style delays, avoiding tired arrangements and ditching played out samples for memorable original hooks.

Amazingly, this CD contains 10 tracks and they are all good.
I'm glad I was introduced to pH10- I am now a true believer.
Highly recommend it, very entertaining. Bubbly breaks, bass that makes your heart ache for bigger speakers...these guys are pioneers, and I bet they will continue to raise the bar in the future. NICE JOB!

pH10 investigates the inner structures of beats using
both phenomenological models and field-theoretic
approaches. This CD takes me on a colorful journey to the depths
of pure imagination. Along with fractional electric charge,
the cd also has flava in 6 varieties. It banishes the
classical idea of action at a distance. It can be said
that the breaks bounce between the drums and the bass
in such a manner as to draw the two together, making it
a force to be reckoned with. I envision this to bring the
world together on a subatomic level.

Essential disc.......2001-12-11

This disc has something for everyone: edgy-but-catchy melody, deep rolling bass, groovy beats, and sneaky-cool samples. "2600 Funkus" is as fun as it is infectious, as is "Spy Hunter" with its shuffling funkified drums and retro melody. "Maize on" gets a bit more serious, but with tasty results. "Corpuscle" has that old-skool flava, but holds up well in todays D&B sets, a dancefloor kicker to be sure.

Quarks and Gluons is tightly produced and energy packed, I cant wait to hear what these guys do next.

I really like Two Moons a lot. It's one of my best New Age CDs period. I used to listen to their stuff in MP3 form, submitted to "Gods Of Music" internet music rating system. They got outstanding ratings on nearly every song on the CD!!! Also the samples they had were great, so I bought it. I can say I do not regret it one bit. I would compare it to Kitaro's music, but with a Really good Real flute player. The music is very well done and just about tells a story. The Guitar/Flute combo with all the other stuff going on like Strings, synths, sound efects, is just fantastic! They are masterful players and great writers.

Buy this one, and you will enjoy. I did!!!

What a welcome break to the likes of David Sneddon this is from ex Mercury Rev Keyboardist Adam Snyder. Taken from last September's album 'Across the Pond', this is the first release from the long player courtesy of a remix from Marcus De Vries. Harking back to early drug induced acoustic ramblings of the progressive American folk era 'Two Moons' blends traditional country styles with modern swirling keyboard segments. Driving its way into your head, the soft vocal forces a subconscious effort to sing along while the hand uncontrollably clicks to the pop beat. The B-side 'Road Song' could easily be straight out of your uncle's numerous truck driving compilations such is the simplicity of the claw hammer guitar style and blues tinged vocals. Judged by this single release, if you haven't already had a listen to the album then go and do it... Now!

I'm fortunate enough to have mixed sound for these guys and think are great. Musicianship, Lyricism, and Personality make
this band One June Oracle a must see if you have the opportunity.
This CD is just the start, buy it, enjoy it, and get ready for more. Hit thier web sight and watch for thier appearences. You will not be let down. Undiscovered.......2002-02-01

This is a great CD! With flawless guitar and good flow this band seems to be a great discovery. While One June Oracle has not hit mainstream yet, I believe it is a matter of time before they do. The music is unique though at times it reminds me a bit of Phish. For people looking for new bands you should definitely add this one to your collection.
