Published in 1995 by the Musea Parallèle label, the "Patch Work Music - Musiques Electroniques" compilation includes extracts from works of several of the most interesting French composers of today's electronic music. One can find Bertrand LOREAU, Olivier BRIAND, Jean Christophe ALLIER, Christian GERARD and Lionel PALIERNE. Most of these artists know each other, have worked together and have a lot of respect for its counterpart: this release is first and foremost intended as the sequel of a solid friendship. This disc also wants to prove that in a specifical music genre, every musician has the ability to put its own mark: the patchwork effect.
