Product Description
Dan McClerren's 2nd of five titles under his own label Earth Angel Records with over 20,000 copies sold. A relaxing blend of piano, keyboards, guitar, and his unique electronic wind instrument. Four pieces are recorded solo on the magnificent 9' Steinway with the other seven a variety of softly flowing keyboards, guitar, and flute. Some of the pieces also have a soft percussion groove. This evokes a response in the listener of being relaxed, yet uplifted. Soft music to unwind. This album is currently going into over 30 countries. It is played at many restaurants and hotels around the world, as well as the U.S. and Canada, for dinner every night, because it seems to help people relax, be uplifted, and feel good.

Customer Reviews:
A Blessing.......2003-10-12
Weeks after adopting a special needs baby, we went to an arts and crafts fair where we heard Dan playing music from this CD. Our little one was usually not one we could easily console when he cried or was fussy, which he certainly was that day. But the minute he heard Dan play "Pachelbel's Canon in D", he got quiet and actually started to smile and giggle. Of course, we immediately bought the CD and listened to it as we rocked him each and every day. It became a night-time ritual and even as he got older, we would play it for him as he drifted off to sleep. Now age 8, he still loves Dan McClerran and all of the wonderful music he plays. Tomorrow is his 9th birthday and he asked for a "Dan McClerren" party (you can bet we've had to be creative to put that together!). Sure, he likes Pokemon and all of those other popular things that kids his age like. But "Dan McClerren" is #1 to him.....and his friends like the music too!
This CD has been a blessing to us and our little boy more than words can say. It is soothing and calming and lets your mind drift to another place....a place full of peace and rest. Do we recommend it.....oh yes! For anyone of any age. You'll be hooked on Dan's music the first time you hear it.....and you'll know that you need to get the rest of his CD's as well.
Another Amazon treasure........2003-07-15
As a serious collector of Classical, Jazz and especially New Age music, I have found Amazon to be a unique and very diverse source for discovering talented musicians of whom I hadn't been aware. Dan McClerren is certainly one of the best. His musicianship is stellar. The sound he produces is lyrical and very calming. The pieces are floating beauty, some familiar but all enjoyable. Certainly a discovery worth sharing!
