The first cd had so much edge and attitude and it spoke to the soul. This cd is, quite frankly, unoriginal and boring.

My sister and I would always see "A Cheap and Evil Girl" at the record store while remarking at what a talentless POS Britney Spears is. My sister decided to purchase the album and it quickly became one of our favorites. "More B.S" is equally brilliant. Unlike a few of the reviews above, I believe that More B.S. is just as sharp and poignant as her debut.
Track 1: Lazy Afternoon 5/5
Exceptionally ironic and pointed lyrics make this an awesome reality check to the greedy starbucks society that's taken over the world.
Track 2: Everything Feels Wrong 6/5
If you've ever tried to fool yourself and your friends into believing that you're over your recently lost love and failed, this song should be the theme music. Fabulous!
Track 3: Galaxy Song 4/5
A light and fun science-fiction lullaby.
Track 4: Last of Me 6/5
An incredibly well written revenge song. The lyrics fit so perfectly you almost forget how much you hate that person and want them to pay for what they did to you.
Track 5: Boys of Summer 5/5
Bree takes this song and gives it her own vibe and groove and makes it so much more fun than the original.
Track 6: Sunday School and Cigarettes (Slippin' Away) 5/5
A very chill and laid-back song. Great lyrics

Bree shows her lyrical prowess and proves her mastery of rhyme with this song. Excellent

Like Faster, Faster, A Cheap and Evil Girl and Guttermouth, this song speaks to the "do what I please" bad girl in all of us.

This eerie and moody song also showcases Bree's magnificent writing. My personal favorite.

Bree is a goddess. If you don't have More B.S. you are missing out. In fact, you should own A Cheap and Evil Girl, More B.S and Live at the Fez because they are all must haves.
good cd.......2004-07-26
Fav songs on the album: Galaxy Song, Lazy Afternoon, Sunday School and Cigaretts, Boys of Summer, Everything Feels Wrong, Grim and Lily (definitly the best song on the album). Although Bree's first cd is good because all the songs are constructed well for radio airplay.

After 3 half hour trips each way to Best Buy (It took them a long time to get it in), I finally got this album. This album is just flat out amazing! Not quite as good as a live show, but I'll take what I can.......2005-02-18
It's about time for Bree to release a new album. This isn't really it, but it will hold the fans over until the new material is available.
Most of the songs on this album are just acoustic versions of those off the two main albums. But we do get one new original, Waving Goodbye, which is a solid song, if not quite as good as the other material. The real treat on here though is the cover of Bob Dylan's Don't Think Twice, It's All Right, which really came out beautiful. It's not a very long cd, which is disappointing because by the time it ends you really want to hear more, but it's also pretty cheap so it's worth the price. With Bree's limited touring radius, it's as close as a lot of people will get to a live show for now, so pick up this cd and see why it's so important to catch a show when you have the chance.

Just a poor immitation of Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera. Uninspiring music, vocals and her whole image is a cheap immitation of the other successful teen divas.
FINALLY! Quality Indian pop!.......2000-01-04
well, it's sort of true. This is a cool album for fans of world music & blended genres - this is pop & dance music by a classically trained Indian singer, Ms. Maya. I wrote one of the songs on this album & I was a bit surprised to find it here - but i'm pleased that it's available. If you like Indian popular music, give this a try.

I am not sure who the audience is here. But there are better alternatives in any category.
For Indo-Pop (which I do not love), try Alisha's quirky Made in India.
For Bollywood (which I also do not love), try Bollywood Funk (which I do love)
For Indian Fushion with Club Beats, there are much better alternatives all over the place. Try Talvin Singh.

This will be short review, since I couldn't even get through the entire album. The music is uninspired and the singing is probably the worst that I have ever heard.
I was expecting more from this album, especially after reading an interview with the artist and how excited that she was to introduce Indian-Fusion music to the western world. I don't mean to be harsh, but I think that she can do much better than this.
