This is a really mellow visualization CD that will take you where you want to be. Mary Marzo's voice is low-key, pleasant to listen to, and doesn't intrude on your personal journey. The script is simple and lovely, and the music merely borders the beginning and end of the journey, and doesn't interfere. Most of the CDs I saw for sale were chakra-type meditations; it's hard to find a Goddess relaxation CD, but this is a real good one.
