Not very relaxing:(.......2002-06-12
1. The CD is divided by several tracks, and at the end of several you are told to open your eyes. That doesn't help when it comes to meditation and achieving deep relaxation.
2. The volume level seems to change on about the 2nd or 3rd trak, it suddenly becomes louder then the previous tracks. So if you start it our loud enough to hear, it late becomes too loud, and you would have to get up and turn it down.
Overall, very inneffective for those looking for deep states of relaxation.
In a pinch, irt's better then nothing. I do not recomend purchains this product for any more then about 5 bucks. Thumbs down :(
