I find myself playing this and other New Age/classical CD's when I am stressed or simply looking for a great music time. SonicAmbience really does majestic works in this album: combining exquisite music with a touch of nature. Overall, this is an excellent choice for those looking for balance in their lives through music. After all, as Michael Cretu of Enigma (another music icon I recommend) says in one of his songs: "It's hard to find the balance between mind and heart...."
