      I have just taken delivery of this CD from Amazon and I must say at the first playback it is very disapointing. As with all self-hypnosis recordings, the subject needs to be listened to many times before any real benefit takes place. So I cannot comment yet on whether it is effective or not. But for the price it is on sale $17 it is a bit of a rip-off, because a) it is only 18 minutes long and b)the recording quality is really poor (you can hear papers rustling, people moving around the room, hissing, and all sort of off-putting sounds.) A closer look at the CD cover reveals it's 'home-made', DIY, status as the photos of the two women responsible for it appear to have been taken in a photo-booth. There is no introduction/explanation of what will take place, either on paper or as an introductory track. the recording goes straight into a very poor quality 18 minute session. Of course I will keep listening as I have paid my money and as a golfer wishing to improve my game I must be pretty desperate to try hypnosis in the first place. If it works I will post another review
